We've stayed at Regency Lodge before, but this time they get dinged by us. Somebody was having a bad day when they prepared the breakfast items. The eggs and hash browns were not acceptable to our taste buds. We ate breakfast elsewhere. This hotel, as well as others we've stayed at, have maintenance people who can't use a caulking gun properly to do a smooth even bead. They also don't have the concept down that first you remove the "black stuff" (mold), then you do a nice caulk job. A sloppy caulk job, that never hides the mold, should be unacceptable...but it's not! The wallpaper that has come loose isn't going to lay back down by itself. Come on people, have some pride in what you present to your customers and glue it in place!

While the motel needs to be remodeled, the decor matched with the "lodge theme." There was a shuttle that goes within a 5 mile radius and this was greatly appreciated for transportation to the Baxter Arena. The rooms were quiet and the pool looked adequate. There are also 3 large meeting rooms. The breakfast was ok, the potatoes had run out and the eggs were cold. No pastries were available.

The door to room was not closing properly. staff would clean room and leave door open. The carpets were stained throughout. The bedding was stained,

I enjoyed the hotel and the amenities, a great family atmosphere. The ambiance is good but furniture, etc could stand to be touched up, scratches, etc. The rooms were clean but areas needed a good vacuuming along with some softener in towels and more towels, etc. I sort of felt this room was for those getting a cheap rate. I was a little disappointed in those things as we had stayed there before and had not noticed the scratchy and limited towels.

Older hotel, short on amenities, but overall a good value. Was disappointed by the cleaning staff. After second night, the beds were mad sloppy and obvious the sheets were not changed. The room wasn’t vacuumed and left over pizza boxes were left in the room. I then set them in the hall and they were still there the next morning.

AWESOME IT WAS A WHOLE ANOTHJER TRIP IN ITS SELF WE ARRIVED LATE. WAS IMMEDIATELY TAKEN CARE OF. I WISH WE HAD MORE TIME TO STAY

Horrible experience. Out dated and poor breakfast smells and stains everywhere

The rate was very good and I didn't expect luxury but I still expect a clean property. The room was fairly clean, sheets very thin but clean, beds well worn, bathroom not in the best shape some mildew around the tub. The lobby and halls, entry stairs were horribly dirty and need a good cleaning. We used the workout room and two of the pieces of equipment didn't work. It has a good central location with easy access to I680 just a couple miles from I80.

Stay was good. Room was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with good variety.

This was a clean hotel with lots of time spent on the theme of the mountain lodge in the city. The breakfast was great and the room was clean, but the bed was broken down and the air conditioning in the room was not working properly.

Good location but everything past the lobby is very worn and tired. At one time this was very nice but it needs renovation. Breakfast was pretty basic and not much for healthy choices.

There is significant mold in the bathroom and an odor of it in the room

We were just staying for the night to break up the monotony of the long drive. The hotel staff was very welcoming. The rooms were clean and very quiet. It has a nice bar to relax in and a great breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

For the price good value. No ice machine on first floor .

First time in Nebraska and was a pleasant experience beginning with the service we received at the Regency lodge:)

The hotel in my opinion wasn't horrible like other reviews I read. Our room was clean other then 2-3 spots on the wall where it needed patched and painted. The beds were clean and comfortable. We were given a broken pack and play but when notified management they sent an employee to their sister hotel to get us a new one as all the others were being used. Breakfast could use some more options. Same thing every morning...eggs sausage hash browns, and make your own waffles. Donuts muffins or some kinda pastry would have been nice. Pool was freezing so baby was in it for 3 mins before the lip started quivering. Did have issues with noise because some families didnt have the respect to control their children but I cant blame that on the hotel. All in all it was good and will stay again if the price works for us.

Some reviewers had issues. Room was nice and clean. Looks like next year will be bringing an upgrade, hope the prices stay the same.

Overall the hotel was nice but it needs some updating badly

I checked in late. The room smelled. Bed - scary. I decided I would stay the night anyway due to the lateness in the night. I checked the window - no lock. I was on the main floor. I checked out and went to another hotel. Still paid for the night - simply not worth fighting about. Would not recommend this hotel.

We were very impressed with the condition of the property and how well it was kept up the staff were very easy to work with and did not bother us during our stay. We enjoy our privacy and they gave us plenty of that also they have entrance and exit doors to your room on the outside of the building so you don't actually have to enter the building to get in your room which was extremely nice and can bring it. Five stars all the way these guys are great we'll stay there again most definitely.
