Wasn’t the cleanest super 8 I’ve used, no breakfast bar open, it was comfortable thoy

Literally the nastiest hotel ive ever slept in. I slept in the dirt in iraq that was cleaner than this hotel.

Hospitable clean rooms great price and yes I’ll stay again construction looks like it’s going smoothly

Ok for the price. There were stains on a lot of things (lamp shades, carpet, etc). It seamed like they change all the linens, but not sure about wiping down surfaces; there were strange smears on the shower wall. Location was very convenient.

My apartment wasn't ready for move in yet. So I camped out at that Super 8 for a couple days, due to price and walkable location. The toilet was clogged, and the non-smoking room ironically smelled like a cigar shop lounge. There was a bar down stairs full of rowdy truckers & rednecks. I booked the room for 3 nights, but checked out after 2 because the apartment was ready for move in. If I'm in a fix like this again, I'm going to the Quality Inn across the road.

Good location. Reasonable price. Rooms were worn and needed fixing. For example, outlet by sink was pulling out of the wall. Some staff weren’t wearing masks.

Quiet .............................................. ...

Couldn’t get maid service or towels for duration of 3 night stay

Very dirty room, there was a dirty towel on the back of the door and the remote was behind the dresser with a bunch of garbage!! Very disgusting

We only stayed one night. Checked in about 11 and left at 6, so I can not give much of a detailed experience. The good - beds were comfy, hotel staff was nice. The bad - it's not motel dirty, but doesn't seem like they clean throughly. The appliances are really outdated, and the walls are very thin, I heard doors slamming most of the night. I do think it was pricey for what I got, but maybe there was an event I did not know about because most of the hotels were so expensive. I did not care to check since we weren't planning to stay. All we needed was a comfy bed and some continental breakfast to send us off on our trip to Utah and this took care fo that decently. If I ever need to stay in Omaha again and their prices are better, I will stay here again - for one night. I wouldn't stay here if I need to be in Omaha for more than that.

I found this hotel on online. Since it was only I had to pay for it before hand. However, I was still charged when I arrived at the hotel. I probably won't stay here again.

We were late planning our trip to Omaha for the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting and this was one of the few options left. It was not bad at all for the price. The hotel has some age but it seems the management has made some updates. For instance, the carpet in our room was brand new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was not noisy or smelly. On the map it seemed like the hotel was far from downtown Omaha but it's actually an easy trip into the city. I usually stay in hotels that are one step or one star up from this one but I'd have no problem staying here again.

checked in-clean-slept-no fruit for breakfast-left

There were patched/re-painted areas on the walls, a cigarette burn in the bedspread, and some small areas needing caulking in the bathroom. But the room was very clean, it had a large TV, refrigerator, and microwave. The air conditioning unit looked new: you could set the specific temperature you wanted the room with a digital temperature readout. And it was not overly loud, as those units often are. Plenty of hot water! The continental breakfast was minimal (cheerios or corn flakes, toast or bagel, coffee, milk or 1 juice choice)... that's all. But that's the only area I wasn't happy with.

I was in Omaha for the annual Berkshire meeting. I schduled my trip very late, so hotel options were limited. I decided to take my chances on a really cheap option given that I wouldn't spend much time in my room. The hotel staff was very nice and the room was decent enough. With that said, I have every intention of spending a few dollars more to upgrade to a better hotel next year. Being cheap has its limits, this is a great example.
