Quality Inn Omaha

The worst possible experience I have ever had with a hotel. Run down rooms with everything dirty and the staff would not fulfill any requests.

The room is not cleaned. Trash in the dust bin. Found two flies in the room.

If all you're looking for is a place to sleep, this hotel is fine. The room was clean, though the bathroom was pretty small. The stairwell to outside smelled a bit smokey. It's only a minute from the interstate which make sit pretty easy to get around Omaha if you have a car.

Bed old, sagging support. Some electrical outlets had no covers. Hair in tub. That's just the room. Called ahead, they lied to me and said all hot tubs and sauna are working properly. They were not. Very unhappy, never going back. Surprised with Quality Inn

staff 90% GREAT though a mouse ran into the bathroom with me all lights on then next room heater soooo loud had to move AGAIN simply freaked me out im on bedrest so no choice but to stay but don get me wrong the staff is great

The night staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and one hot tub that was working. The room was a bit small, but overall and excellent stay.

When we checked in it took just a little bit for the guy to help seeing how he was out front talking to a friend. My two boys love staying at this hotel. The pool was perfect but one hot tub was not working. Would recommend this to anyone with children.

My king room had the bathroom sink drain detached and laying on the floor. Was given a second room with queen beds which was OK. Overall, nothing exceptional.

When we checked in the staff was informative and friendly. We were given good direction to the room. It was clean and the street traffic was not to loud. The beds were firm and the room looked clean. My first thought was will I be able to sleep. I did. The breakfast was not as not as good as other places we have stayed. There was more than enough. It had a nice sunny room. I did like the location. It was easy to enter and easy to leave. I appreciated this. Will we stay again? Yes

Overall pretty clean. Housekeeping missed a few things that must have fallen behind the nightstand, and that was kinda gross, but I had a fine stay there otherwise. Treadmill worked well and they had plenty of cable channels. Also, easy access wireless included with the room was a big plus. No passwords or codes or anything.

From the second day of my 5 day stay, the card key gave me nothing but trouble. The 2nd day my card key would not open the outside door or my room. The 3rd day the same thing happened. The 4th day, I had to get the General Manager to reprogram the card key again.

This hotel was hip in the 70's, now it needs a hip replacement. Clean, but old; AC worked but sounded like an alarm so we were up all night. Workout room was hot, and 3 machines. Will not return.

Very stong tobacco smell.

This hotel is neat and clean. Rooms could use a little updating but over all not a bad place to stay. Front desk staff were friendly. We did not get a chance to use the pool area but it looked very nice and clean.

This isn't a bad place it is just an older facility. Good location & easy to find.

While I would definitely stay here again for the price, it left a lot to be desired. While the night staff was excellent, the morning staff was extremely rude. When I went up to ask for a wet rag to wipe down the highchair that hadn't been cleaned from the last person who used it for breakfast, she blantantly ignored me to speak to someone on the phone about the weather. Rooms were clean enough, though we were "upgraded" to a different room due to maintenance. Yes, the room we were upgraded to was a family suite, but had a fold out sofa bed and a (very hard) double bed, not king. Overall, I would probably stay there again just because it could have been worse and the price is reasonable, but I may have been willing to pay a little more for something nicer.

got a queen size bed because booked late, was not as comfotable as the king rooms.

The front desk clerks were so nice. The room had a huge whirlpool tub that was very relaxing. The bed was comfortable. The pool and jacuzzis were awesome. Having The Shark Club next door was very convenient. The continental breakfast was the best I've had.

We loved our little room, however the heater fan was very loud, we didn't get more soap or shampoo regularly, but the room was cleaned beautifully everyday. The breakfast was very good. The staff was wonderful. The bed and pillows were great. So glad that you wash your comforters! The computer access was great. Had a fun time.

great location, staff very hepful with directions, excellant route to an from bussiness, each day staff went out of thier way to make sure questions were answered and plenty of eateries within walking and or driving distance. superwalmart close, the rooms remodled very comfortable beds.will stay in the future[...].
