La Quinta Inn Omaha West

The front desk staff was really unprofessional and not good at their job. Friendly but uninformed and not professional... My room was clean, except for some crumbs and a used towel, were left behind... I imagine it said it in the description, but I was surprised how few appliances were in my room. No microwave (or fridge, which is much less of a surprise)...

Good service experience with staff good the location perfect

When I signed in was done with no problems. Saff was friendly.

We weren't sure what the smell was, but I it was disturbing. It was too late to ask to change room so we don't know if the hotel would have given us a new room.

It was nice room and very cool ... Close to hospital!

The staff was very friendly and the location it was in was great. After a long day at the zoo the last thing we wanted to do was drive deep into the city for a hotel and we didn't have to with them. Great rooms and very clean also.

Wasn't bad for minimal stay in room. Traveled to attend College World Series. Needs some updates, but ok just to sleep if you're not going to be at hotel much.

Enjoyed the stay. Staff was real helpful. Close to almost everywhere we went.

My poodle had cataract surgery. The veterinarian recomended the La Quinta Inn Omaha West for me to stay with my dog as it is close to her office and they accept pets. I received a paper bag at check in which had several plastic potty bags and a bag of dog treats. My room was close to the front door which made it easy to take my dog out. The hotel was very nice and the staff was superb. I will recomend La Quinta to my friends and will plan to use their hotels on future trips with my dogs.

I have never been in a LaQuinta this bad in my whole time of traveling! We were in two different rooms and both had bathtub drainage problems. These rooms were in two buildings. The last room was in the main building and the side entrance was never swept the whole time we were there. We stayed 7nights. Some of the staff were friendly and some acted like they coudn't wait to be gone. The breakfast a was good. We would never stay at this hotel again!!

Typical La Quinta Inn hotel... nothing to write home about... cheap and available.

I expected more quality for the amount of money I paid for.

The continental breakfast was very low standard. No fruit or yogurt.

Booked based on price and was very happily surprised by the great quality. Beds were super comfortable and the rooms were spotless. Staff was friendly! I actually booked it again for another 3-night stay!

Very clean and comfortable! Great location friendly ser

I Travel a ton for work and this is my to go place when im in Omaha. Fairly clean. Decent for the price.

Mattresses were uncomfortably soft and lumpy. Deco was a little outdated. Carpet looked old.

Ummm it's a very old hotel that needs major updates and repairs. The hallways smelled badly of smoke.

Stayed one night with the family. Was knocked out by the smell as soon as I opened the door to our builiding - smelled of dirty carpet and smoke - even though we were in a non-smoking room. The room wasn't as bad as long as the A/C was running, but didn't win me over in the cleanliness department - there were someone's hair next to the tub in the bathroom and there was dust at the edge of the carpet and behind furniture. Room size was good, but no fridge/microwave. Breakfast was good, the staff was on top of replenishing items and cleaning. The waffles were a hit!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean. The only complaint is the parking area had lots of bad potholes hopefully they can get that fixed. In the end it was a very nice stay and I would recommend this hotel.
