Manager was not friendlyor helpful. The rest of the staff was nice

After arriving late after driving for 13 hours we then had to wait far too long to get checked in/keys made. Our room had stains on carpet, walls, tub etc all of which makes me nervous about the cleanliness of everything else. It wasn't disgusting butnit also wasn't clean/welcoming. Breakfast was so crowded we had to take food to our room. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel was easy to find. Hot tub not working. Breakfast was o.k. Staff was friendly. O.K. for over night, wouldn't want to have my whole vacation there.

They did not have the room I paid for , so the only room they had was a double queen . The room smelt like mold and smell would not go away, I'm sure that I got sick from being in that room. Was not close to any thing we wanted to see, the hot tub was broken and breakfast was ok. Staff was ok , not very friendly. Would not stay there again.

It was ok. If i didn't use my coupon bucks, i would have been upset spending over $80 on this type of place. Entire floor smelled like cigarettes. was a little 'seedy'. We weren't staying long, but go to Omaha often. If we stay longer I would not stay here. This is good for not spending a lot of time at.

I paid premium dollar for a room and was not pleased with it. Lots of traffic noise all night long and rude staff.

We went to the pool with the kids, then back to the room & got the kids settled in and adults off to the casino.

Nice recreation area nearby

Located in between what we wanted to see and do on a mini-vacation. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. Water was low but they had an explanation at the desk at checkin about work on nearby water tower.

Staff friendly, nice hotel, very glad we picked there to stay

When I arrive at the comfort inn I was met by the staff the where evry helpful to me and my kids. I would recommend the Comfort inn to family and friends. And on my next trip to Omaha Ne. I plan on staying there again.
