When we first arrived we were giving a room 255 the door was busted we had to go back and get a different room. We got to the second room and left right after our visit was to our son in the Air Force so we headed that way. I. The way back we discover that the heating unit and tv didn’t work. We went to the front desk because the phone in the room didn’t work. They gave us a different room when we tried to lock the door the lock didn’t work 🙄 went back again and got a different room VERY INCONVENIENT. the last room we got the toilet seat was broken every time we sat down got our butt pinched. At this point we didn’t want to go and complain anymore that was room 240. We requested clean towels they didn’t give it to us no room service or cleaning in three days. I’m very disappointed. I really thought this stay was better, but is not. Over rated.

Trains kept going by and blowing the horn throughout the day and night. Looks like they have been trying to make improvements to the rooms, but they are taking shortcuts. The door knob on the bathroom looks like its from the 70’s and its was about falling off the door. Our door to the room had a significant gap and someone could actually get in even with the safety latch that was not securely in place. Really needed a new door. The breakfast wasn’t bad, but out of 4 coffee syrup bottles there was only one that actually had something in it.
