Clean rooms beds were comfortable.
Disappointing. Priced way to high for what you get. Bed is really hard, staff wasn’t friendly. It did appear clean though. It advertised breakfast, which they do not have.

Have to take an elevator in this 3 story hotel. First come, first served for parking. Very wuiet. Shower was fantastic! Beds were comfortable, with an extra rolled pillow for back or under legs. In room coffee, but no breakfast.
After nearly 12 hours of traveling by car,this hotel's facilities were a welcome relief.
Nice accommodations for a reasonable price. Clean, quiet and the staff was very nice.

The hotel is right off the main drag and next to Wal-Mart in case you forget anything. Having a fridge and microwave in the room is great.
Room was nice but at 6am the maid started cleaning the room next door, banging furniture against the wall and vacuuming. I called the front desk and they explained that they clean rooms 24 hours a day for the "railroad guys"...o.k. Tub didn't drain and iron didn't work. Skipped the free breakfast to sleep in a little because of the random "wake up call" from the maid cleaning next door at 6am
I got to the hotel & during my entire stay, the staff was extremely friendly & helpful! My room was VERY clean & smelled good - compared to "Non-smoking rooms" that STINK of smoke. The place is SO quiet & my bed was SO comfy! I LOVE that it also pet friendly - I hope to take our family dog on one of our next trip there!The location is on the edge of the main business area of town, but it appears within a few more years of expansion, it will be more in the middle of the main area. Penny's Diner next door smelled of ammonia - so I MAY have been there right after a cleaning. Still, they had a brand new chef & my breakfast was excellent! We will DEFINITELY stay at the Oak Tree again soon!
Staff was friendly and the room was pretty nice. Very clean room, coffee pot, free internet, etc. The free breakfast at the cool 50s diner took a long time and was just OK, but for the price it was all good!
Clean and quiet. Convenient location near shopping and dining. Great breakfast at Penny's Diner. Would definately stay again.
I would stay there again. Location was convenient, and hotel is well away from highway. Diner next door with vouchers from hotel for breakfast was a big plus as we could choose when to go at our convenience.
