Additional Accommodation Options
-To sleep up to 10 guests, contact us to book our additional adjoining lockout rooms:

-Add our adjoining Valley View King Studio to sleep up to 6 guests when booked with Deluxe King Fireplace suite to create a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1,100 sq ft suite.

-Add a third room, our Valley View double Queen to sleep up to 4 additional guests, totaling 10 guests if all 3 rooms are booked together. This booking option creates a 3bd, 3 bathroom 1,478 sq ft suite.

A required resort fee will be charged at the time of booking, ensuring a seamless experience without additional charges at check-in. The resort fee amounts are as follows:
For one condo, the resort fee is $50 per night.
For two condos, the resort fee is $100 per night.
For three condos, the resort fee is $150 per night.
These fees are included in the total price displayed during booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
