Don't ever go there the staff is very unprofessional, unfriendly and difficult to deal with, never again.

This hotel has bed bugs. Can't believe I had to pay for my room

I was attracted to this business because it was affordable. Understand that you are getting what you pay for in this case. The hotel grounds were gross. I found that someone had urinated in the dirt right behind where I parked my vehicle - I moved it somewhere else. Lots of shady characters in the parking lot. Dirty property. I've attached a couple of photos of what the door to the building looked like for 3 days. Disgusting. I didn't have any hot water when I tried to take a shower at 12:30pm. I called the desk and the man (who I have to ask to repeat himself because he speaks very broken english) told me to "wait" for the hot water to heat up. Bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've every slept on - including a fold out bed. Will definitely spend a few extra dollars next time.

I felt like I was in a sketchy 90s movie with this hotel.

This was by far the worst Super 8 we have stayed in. We checked in about 6:30-7:00 and our room was not ready. Over an hour wait. Others fared worse. They had their confirmation paper work in hand but the hotel would not honor it. The folks at the desk were very rude. The place really stunk. Dingy and seemed dirty in the hallways and pool area. the next mornig reading the news that was the 1st night after it had been closed down for Legionaires disease. I get that they were probably behind as thorough cleaning was needed but it was a complete disaster. I may not go back to any of their locations again.

The motel was clean and the staff was generally nice, but they didn't have a rollaway bed, breakfast was pretty minimal and their location is far from Seattle.

We found this hotel to be musty, furnished with very old items and dingy. The staff was impersonal. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here on our way up to Seattle to see friends and family. Nice place to rest our heads and have a good basic breakfast. Easy on and off the freeway and no noticeable road sounds

Just a place to sleep for us, small room, hard beds. Didn't try the pool or breakfast.

Spent Friday night in a cabin w/friends on Vashon Island. Large group gathered for a picnic Saturday. Needed a place to stay between Tacoma and Olympia Saturday night-Super 8 fit the need beautifully. Two restaurants close by. Sunday on our way to Aberdeen and the coast before returning back home.

The particular room we had wasn't great. The floor had several stains and the room was small. For the price, since I'm broke and don't stay in fancy hotels, I have had much better for less. The staff was nice and the location was fine. The breakfast was lacking as again I have had better at cheaper places. I'll probably find another hotel if I stay in that area again.

Horrible experience I paid for a smoking room didn't get it also didn't get a fridge or a microwave in my room asked if I could change they did 2 days later it was just a horrible experience for us

I needed a few hours of sleep before a morning training.(Good thing ,too, as I fell ill that night and wanted some Tylenol and a lie down.) Off at 1130PM and back at 900AM. This served the purpose and was economical. No microwave or fridge' and lost some food ,but I did not read the details of the room well. Breakfast room to crowded and filled with ravenous people. so skipped free breakfast. Staff were fabulous and doing their best to provide personalized care to some troubled and difficult people. Smoking areas were clean this stay and no disheveled teens and twenties hanging out at the back door smoking.. Good sleep and ready to learn in the morning.

The staff at the Lacey Super 8 can't be beat!! They are very friendly, care for guests, have breakfast ready on time, and keep the place sparkling. It's the best place in the area to stay and they have a wonderful hot tub!

we were visiting family in the area, this was perfect for us. Easy to find and had all the things we needed.

Very friendly staff. Starting with the front desk, housekeeping staff.

The folks at Super 8 were very friendly. The facility is aging, but they do work hard to keep it clean. Really my only dissappointment was breakfast. Again, the breakfast room was very clean, but the options were more limited than most places. I would never hesitate to stay here. If money is an issue, definitely go here.

Everything was about average, nothing stuck out too much. Customer service was awesome though. They were super helpful and friendly.

reasonably clean, as expected. Nice staff, better than expected breakfast. Good value- a little tough to find.
