This property was horrible. The room didn't have an iron or ironing board. The TV and microwave didn't work. The water pressure was terrible. They changed the shower head and left the tub dirty. The lighting is also bad. Housekeeping never came to clean the room. The outside of the property is also unsafe. The need to fix the pavement and walkways.
This hotel is way overpriced. The bathroom ceiling, sporadically on the walls, and the shower curtain were covered in black mold. The TV was broken. The smoke alarm started going off when I used the hair dryer. I had to physically unplug it from the wall as it would not stop beeping. I tried to contact Orbitz for a partial refund, and the chat service goes in circles. I was moving cross country, and did not have to proper time to call them. I will not be using Orbitz after this experience.
Location.easy acces to the hwy..the draws had no handles....

I didn't like that the face bowl was clogged. That is my only complaint. Location was great and well as the staff.
Everything was awesome! The staff was nice and the cleanliness was excellent. . The bathroom didnt have any tissue. .

I was handed the key to my King non smoking room, which smelled musty, contained out of date worn furnishings that looked even worse from the light of the clouded over dirty window. The room also had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk and the women said that must have been one of the rooms from the girl who was fired today. They fire an employee who doesn't clean, then rent the dirty rooms anyway?? I was then handed the key to a Handicape King, the only room available. This room smelled worse, caused by the air blowing through the AC unit with visible mold growing in the vents. The handicap shower had been retrofitted with a cheap hand held shower that had no were to attach to the wall in order to shower under it, it just dangled. I returned to the front desk who told me there was nothing they could do. I asked for disinfectant spray, which amazingly is kept at the front desk. As for the shower, no comment. I returned to the room and sprayed every thing including the torn and burned bedspread (in a non smoking room). I spent the next two hours on the phone trying to fing a vacant room anywhere. With no luck of finding another room and now having breathing difficulty from the stink in the air, I went back to the desk and asked for some type of resolution, they must be able to provide me at least a place to bath. After lengthy argument I was finaly offered to be "let out" of my reservation. That relates to, no charge, no help, get out. Sleeping in my car would at least provide heathy air to breath and if I couldn't shower in the room, what was the difference in not being able to clean myself after sleeping in my car. I ended up leaving this lovely hotel at 10 minutes after midnight. "Good luck finding a place to sleep" were the last words from the night manger, who by the way was wearing clothing that was dirtier than the bedspreads. Driving 420 miles home in the middle of the night was far better than spending any time in this hell hole! It's shamefull that inkeepers are not held by any moral standard to provide promised accomodations or services and that when they don't they are not accountable. Not that I would of had time for them, but the pool had a bobcat parked in it and the work out closet was closed for repairs. I can only say if you live like a pig, you will love it. If you have any recpect for yourself, look elsewhere. I plan to contact the Olive Branch health department, BBB and local media. This place needs to be out of business!
when i have reservations for three consecutive nights the last thing i need is to drag everything back to the room and th keys wouldn't work two nights in a row.
