This property was very unsatisfactory! Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and the facility! The carpet was terribly stained and sofa was stained!!
This location is not up to par with other Hamptons- Im curious if it was a former Motel 6. The room was dusty and there was mold in the shower tracks- the shower door fell off the track and there is no housekeeping for until day 4- which was not disclosed despite my being told 'theres a sign in the room'- there isnt.
The room was filthy. Something like milk or whipped cream was on most of the furniture—some was so gross we put it out in the hall. We did not use the shower because it was too gross. The only reason we stayed is that is was so late and we had car issues so no choice. The staff was rude and the maid cursed at us as we were having a late checkout which they did not approve of. Do not stay here.
Bags of trash in halls. Seemed like the property was being used as temporary housing maybe? Breakfast was not upto par.
The stay was ok the laundry room on second floor could use some attention. And they should have a no smoking weed in building policy because it smells bad and it makes it where you don't want to stay.
Just a quick one night stay, but the gal that checked me in was friendly, room was clean and updated and the overall facility appeared neat and clean. Only downside was that there wasn't any protein in the breakfast offerings.
The staff was excellent! They were all friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. The only draw back was that the building was being remodeled. The breakfast had many selections. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the swimming pool. We had a great time.

We arrived very late, 4am in the morning, the hotel desk was very quick to get my hockey team checked into their rooms. Breakfast was delightful. They had a wide variety of warm options and cold. Their staff was very friendly.
This was a great and convenient place to stay for me and my son overnight while attending a Grizzlies game. Would stay here again.
Hotel was convient to where we played baseball. Hotel was clean, staff was very nice. Indoor pool area was too hot to watch kids swim. It needs more circulation/ventilation of air. One entry door, near our room, got broken on 7/24 and was still broken on 7/27. (This door was by the handicap parking spots which we needed to use for my disabled son).
I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn. Everything was great and of best value for the price. I was in Olive Branch looking for a new home. The hotel is in a choice location. I will definitely stay there again.
We needed a place to stay for 1 night as we were on our way to Texas. The help was super friendly and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast choice was absolutely awesome. Almost too many items to choose from. Would stay again if we are in the area.
Located in a nice area near Memphsis. Many conveniences near by. Good Value. Great Staff.
Perfect place to stop overnight. Great location. The pool was great for the kids. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast selection. Free WiFi!. Awesome deal. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever passing through.
