Horrible hotel. Charged me over a week prior to arrival. Charged me again at the hotel, in addition to placing a $317 hold on my card. Breakfast was cold every single morning. A couple down the hallway was having a domestic dispute that I got to listen to for hours at a time.

Stop here on a layover, nice clean place looks like they have just done some updates. Breakfast had a nice selection. Beds where clean and comfy, all in all will stay again when in the area. Also has a couple restaurants that you can easily walk to

My daughter and I stayed overnight while attending a conference, and we were very happy with the accommodations. The room was clean and quiet, the coffee/tea bar was always stocked, and the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of real food. The staff members were friendly and helpful. In sum, everything we could have asked for, we found. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a good hotel to stay in if in the Olive Branch area. Just don't recommend the whirlpool bathtub rooms. I have stayed here several times and had no problems but this last time I upgraded to the whirlpool suite and was very disappointed. The bathroom had mildew around the soap dish and the Jets in the whirlpool shot out dirty water and hair.

We had a church meeting in Memphis so we stay here because of the convenience and distance to meeting place the stay was overall wonderful we will be back in a year! Staff was great kind and courteous

Always call the specific motel desk/clerk, because the corporate reservations operator doesn't always have up to the minute information about the availability of rooms(size, bed(s), floor location etc.. The lobby desk clerk will know.

I have stayed in many Hampton Inns over the years and consider them a safe haven, not any kind of luxury. This Hampton is overdue for an upgrade, but that being said the room was comfortable and adequate. The breakfast was better than many I have stayed in.

A 20 min drive to Memphis airport, with an easy access from US78 or from IE55 / 302. Staff is very kind and supportive. and there's plenty of restaurants nearby to chose from. If needing to be in the zip codes 31118, 31115 and 31141 in Memphis, this is a fantastic location.

I stayed there on the 29th and 30th of August. Spoke with Michael at the front desk one night for quite a while. I was wearing the "without farmers, it's just a stick" t-shirt. We had an excellent conversation. Great guy to talk to. I had requested a room on an upper floor, but settled for a room on the ground floor! The room was very nice, except, about every 10 minutes I would hear this noise that would seem to match to either the refrigerator or the elevator outside my door. But, I ended up ignoring that noise, even though I'm pretty sure that is what kept waking me up several times at night. The door to my room would stick, I had to kick the door to get it to open each time. I did let the front desk know the first morning about the door sticking, but they didn't get it fixed before I returned that evening! Anyhow, the one thing that did disappoint me, is after my 11+ hour drive down there on Tuesday the 29th, I was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub when I got there (considering Google Maps said that they had a hot tub). But, found out when I got there, there was no hot tub, just a pool! The breakfast was very nice. The evening snack was good! Too bad they don't serve alcohol like some hotel do with the evening snack! I did use the exercise room a couple of times while I was there and the equipment is kept in good working shape. Overall, knowing that they are doing some upgrades, next time I'm in the area, I think I will be back!

We stopped here on our way home from Branson Mo. the hotel is wonderfully located to the new I22. Michael at the front desk was super. He was so patient and kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Being a Hilton Honors Member is so worth the effort to sign up.
