Love the location of the property once I found it. They could do a much better job of telling you how to find the place. It would have been nice to know that the entryway is an old alley/sidewalk area.
The location is great. The property is very good. The washing machine smelled a little funny.

Perfect location, beautiful room! The kitchen was well stocked and the room was very pleasant. However, they had turned off the air conditioner by the time we were there in early October. With the way the unit is laid out, this was a very poor choice. There was no way to get airflow from the windows in the living area into the bedroom spaces. The ventilation system only works when the AC or heating systems are on. With them off, there was no airflow and the unit was uncomfortably stuffy. Having the AC turned off was an inhospitable move. Our check-out time was during the marathon which went passed the building. There was no way to get a cab from our room to the airport without walking a half mile with our suitcases to a hotel outside the course of the run. This was not a big issue, in and of itself, but it would have been very kind if the management had warned us of this ahead of time. We had to alter the timing of our departure because of this and had we not discovered it on our own, or if we had had someone in our party who was unable to walk that distance, we could have missed our flight.

Excellent location! Great roof top patio. Responsive e-mail communications. E-mail on how to get into place sent while we were in transit. Couldn’t initially get into building. Tub drain clogged with TONS of hair! Took 3 days to get unclogged.
We loved staying at lofts. We were in 302. Our kids thought the bunk bed was great. Beds, pillows, linens were so comfortable. It was clean, new, and had a full kitchen. Strong WiFi, clean washer/dryer, plenty of hot water, perfect location for all old Quebec offers. Parking is tricky - but if you plan ahead there are garages close by to use for about $20/day. Roof top was super view.
Expensive, no employees on site, unable to access by car, room lock didn't work, tv didn't work well, poor quality towels.
Loved our stay here! Highly recommend. Everything was perfect. Can't wait to return.
