Room was kind of small- nowhere to sit except on the bed. Gym was really spacious and nice. Top of the East bar was excellent! 5 stars. So nice to have that in the hotel.
Our room was not ready at 4 pm checkin. Not only that, but it wasn’t ready until almost 6 pm. We had to wait 2 hours for our room, last check in time. The surrounding area was filled with homeless people. It was clean.
Great place. The staff are very friendly and happy to help with anything. I will definitively going back there.

i don’t like that i don’t get any points for my stay from marriott because i booked thru orbitz. and i didn’t learn that as a new bonvoy member until after my stay. i won’t be booking with marriott any time soon because there will be some other excuse to be unrewarded

So the place was nice but the people who was staying was so rude and loud that were walking on the hallway, screaming at 3 o’clock in the morning when people were trying to sleep. Call the front desk the person who picked up hung up on us.

Thought I had a Bayview room, but when I arrived they were all taken. Also looking forward to the roof top bar, but remodeling behind schedule and still closed. Would not have stayed here if I had known these two facts.
