Beautiful hotel with amazing, attentive staff. Having hotel tuktuks were also a huge benefit that made staying here even more convenient. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Nice hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff. Room suite was amazing. Restaurant was awesome as well.

I originally selected the hotel based on positive reviews. When arriving there, it was clear that hotel is very small and location is more of a local neighborhood than an hotel area. Rooms were extremely tiny for this type of hotel and i had to pay for an expansive upgrade to get normal facilities. Cleaniness needs improvement and overall rooms are not as expected not as advertised. Overall it is overpriced cute hotel, but not more than that.

The staff was responsive and helpful even prior to arrival, setting up spa appointments via email. The spa visit were amazing and the spa area was relaxing. The hotel is beautiful, pool area is relaxing with enough sun or shade area to accommodate guests. The room was well appointed with comfortable sitting area and bed.

OMG staff was fabulous. Mr. Bunrong was a life saver assisting with our conference arrangements. Very grateful, learned to say “thank you” and “hello” a lot in Khmeri.

Very nice and friendly staff and very helpful.Thank you guys!

I would definitely recommend this place. It is super close to downtown, you couldn’t walk or take a two dollar Tuk Tuk. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and helps you plan any excursions. They pick me up at the airport and had a cold towel waiting for me in the car. Breakfast each morning is excellent and the pool is outstanding and peaceful. This place definitely stands out as one of the nicest places to stay and is by far the best value in the city. The food and drinks are very affordable and tasty. In the room service is also inexpensive. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

The staff was wonderful for the entire stay and the manager was incredibly attentive. Sarai is close to old market, pub street, etc but not too close to be disturbed by the noise at night. Wat Damnak is a lovely area. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We are married couple, decided to go on Siem Reap trip last minute as short trip while staying in Bangkok. We had 2 nights there at Sarai Hotel, and I'm so glad we decided on this hotel v. Known big name hotels. Upon arriving at Siem Reap airport, a friendly hotel staff was there waiting for us. Easy ride to the hotel. About 20 minutes. We stayed in a Terrace Suite, which is located on the 3rd floor, overlooking the pool in courtyard. Hotel has somewhat Arabic feeling to its atmosphere, but everything is very modern. Room was clean, plenty of towels, bed was comfortable. Also a lot of English TV channels were there to watch. Water bottles provided daily. Hotel isn't located in the core downtown of Siem Reap, however, this choice was perfect for us. You can enjoy its quiet environment without any loud noise at night or traffic noice during daytime. It's only 2 min or so Tuk tuk ride to any nice restaurants and cool bars ($2 one way). There are always 3-4 guys waiting across the hotel - very easy going nice drivers. Hotel pool has happy hour 5-7pm daily. They have 2 for 1 drink specials. Highly recommended to take advantage of it. We had 3 drinks each just to find ourselves very drunk and happy! 6 mix drinks costed under $15. Breakfast was included - very nice again with a personal touch. They serve both Western and Asian breakfast dishes. All in all, great hotel. We will definitely come back in a heartbeat.
