NIce room, helpful staff. Use their tuk-tuk driver for the temples, easier than selecting one on the street. Their restaurant didn't appear open for dinner. Pub Street is close by and has ridiculously loud music all night. It didn't affect my sleep but it is so wrong for businesses to tolerate that.

The hotel is a new property that exhibits a modern interior design combined with Cambodian architectural touches. Our hotel room was spacious and comfortable with nice amenities; many rooms have a balcony that faces the intimate outdoor pool/bar area. Construction of a new hotel is occurring next to the property, so some daytime construction noise is detectable (but ceases by 5:00 pm). The distinguishing and most memorable aspect of the property is the truly wonderful staff! They were warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, starting from the point when they picked us up at the airport (shuttle service included with room rate.) Their commitment to customer service is clearly a priority and made our stay all the more pleasant. A wonderful choice for our four-day stay. Hotel is located within easy walking distance to the Pub Street restaurants and bars and all the night markets, but far enough away and screened from the street to buffer the noise and activity in the tourist core. It's a nice tranquil retreat removed from the bustle of Siem Reap. Many restaurants are located near to the hotel (recommend Genevieve conveniently located about 100 feet from the hotel). ATM is located across the street.
The hotel was in a great location which was very close to the night market, shopping, and nightlife. The hotel staff were fabulous - they were knowledge, extremely attentive, and helpful!
The experience at the hotel was good. The experience booking through Orbitz was not so good. It was booked as a package flight and hotel deal. Shortly after the booking, the hotel contacted me to say a glitch in the system had caused them to get paid way less than normal. When I was in Siem Reap, I voluntarily made up the difference. But this is something that Orbitz should have taken care of. The description of the hotel mentions balcony and bathtub in the room. My room had neither. I saw a room with a balcony, but the view was of the building next door. The daily breakfast buffet is pretty good. The hotel is located in the heart of Siem Reap, so it is convenient to restaurants, and night life. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, who are always friendly and wanting to be of service.
