I stayed her only 1 night... the rooms were decent and parking was right next to our room. Convenient location. I wish the pool could be bit warmer, otherwise all ok :)
Color scheme and theme are very attractive. Staff is attentive and kind. Lobby is modern and inviting. The property is aging a bit, with some need for new new paint and other long term maintenance including door hardware for hallways and caulking in the bathrooms. Room is inviting, but could have used a more thorough cleaning as ut needed to be dusted in corners and under the bed. A/C works very well and keep the room comfortable. Overall, a nice property that could just use a little more upkeep and the staff is great.
Is a close to the downtown mystic, but is like a motel. There were people fighting at night

The staff in the office are wonderful! Everyone was friendly and said if we need anything to call the office.
Great overall experience here! Traveled with one other person, had a great check in with a staff member who’s name I didn’t get unfortunately. Fairly clean rooms, a few wear spots here and there but otherwise very clean. Super convenient for dining and going to the village/aquarium. Would definitely stay here again!!!
Hotel was clean & close to everything in town
This property is filthy. If you carefully inspect the sheets and pillow covers, you can see stains and crumbs underneath those covers. The bathroom has mold, and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks. The room is very cold, building was too old and lack of insulation. The heater was blowing cold air so of course, we were frozen the entire night. Very uncomfortable and restless stay. Not worth the money and time. We're extremely disappointed! Save your money and look elsewhere, otherwise, you will leave restless and possibly "itchy" with the filth.
We have been coming to the same hotel for many many years as usual very clean, very accommodating and excellent service all the amenities. Perfect as usual. The staff by the desk are very friendly and accommodating as well.

It's close to Mystic Village and the aquarium, so that's good. But that's it.
There wasn’t enough towels 4people in a room and only had 2 towels ask a few towels and never got any. The AC was broke and never came and fixed it. Spent 1400.dollars to be hot and no towels
