Property was renovated nicely but had several issues in the room, nothing was resolved. Service is absolutely terrible.
The room itself was fine. No hot water for showers in the morning. They advertised a continental breakfast but have nothing.
Slow check in. Charges fees not mentioned. Heater unit made loud clanking noise. Locks on door didn’t work. Blow dryer didn’t work. No elevator. Location was easy to navigate and easy to get to.
I really enjoyed the way the set up of the rooms. The only thing that really would suggest is to please have the sliding door be able to open it was bolted shut. I really loved the fact that the entire building was so secure you needed a key to get onto the building.

There is a family restaurant very close, about 800 feet away, location is great as very close to the freeway but still far enough away to have no traffic noise. Pool area in courtyard looks inviting (did not use it) but looks great.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Truthfully, judging on the exterior would be a mistake as they are remodeling. The interior is very clean and modern with a retro 60's vibe. The concierge is a very friendly, spunky woman who doesn't miss a beat. She was the highlight of my stay. I will absolutely be staying here during my future visits to the city.
