Pay more for a better hotel next time
We requested a king bed so when we got to our room and saw two full we thought there was a mistake. We went back down to the lobby and told the employee behind the desk that there was a mistake. She then decided to tell us that they were overbooked and that is all they had, which is understandable because things happen. What isnt understandable is the fact she saw we requested a king bed, gave us two fulls, and did not say a single word about. Not even a "hey i see yall requested a king but due to overbooking we only have fulls, im sorry for the inconvenience". The employee was also very short with another customer calling down from their room. Everone has their bad days but i mean come on... if you cant handle working in customer service then dont do it.The customer service was probably the worst i have seen at a hotel. The sink was slightly dirty when we showed up and the water pressure is low and takes about 10 min to get hot. I will not be coming back to this hotel again.
