This was a fairly new, solid property that was clean and well-maintained. Meets basic needs with complimentary breakfast (unlike HGI next door). I like the Keurig coffeemaker in the room.

Hotel had a terrible odor. Smelled like wet carpet!

For some reason the third floor where my children and I were staying smelled like mildew/muggy. The thing about it, it was only our floor and room. The bathroom had a bad job of grout. I guess I expected better of a Holiday Inn Express.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Excellent location for my needs.

Location was excellent, easy to get to. The hotel and staff was very pleasurable.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the walls were thick. We never heard the people around us. It was a little tricky getting to it and we missed the turn the first time. We decided we will definately stay there again.

this hotel was the third we stayed in in 3 days. Wonderful stay. Wonderful breakfast. great location with many food options surrounding. very soft bedding! My daughter LOVED the pillow choices! My son enjoyed walking next door to the Russell Stovers for ice cream.

Great hotel - good breakfast -- good beds - had a problem with AC, but the hotel staff attended to it as soon as we reported it.

Great time, Great hotel. Will definately stay again!

Good hotel except no smoking rooms in this hotel. Online reservations said they had smoking rooms but they did not. Clean rooms, close to shopping and food. Would recomend for non smokers, and families, and groups.

The people working at the hotel provided world class service. They were undergoing a remodel and had dust.

An excellent spot for a night's stay while in the Capitol City! As others have said though, be aware that getting into the car park requires some lateral thinking.

Briefly, this is a great place to stay. Easy access; close to the attractions I need; perfect!

The hotel is located in a great part of Oklahoma City. It is very close to shopping malls, restaurants and many other shopping centers. The room was very clean and well kept. The hotel staff were extremely polite and courteous. The only small thing I didn't care for was the fact that the rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves. Also, the hotel did not have any vending machines at the time. This was a very small inconvenience though.

This property is located close to many good restaurants and shopping malls. Penn square mall is just down the road. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfy. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was excellent. My son had yogurt, eggs, biscuits & gravy and sausage. Much more than your typical continental breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone spending some time in OK city.

When we checked in the elevators weren't working so they changed our rooms to the first floor. The inside pool was closed due to needing chemicals. We dropped our things off and went out to dinner. When we returned we noticed that both of our rooms had wet carpet throughout the rooms. The girl at the front desk was trying to help but there weren't any more adjoining rooms available. Four of us were traveling together and looked forward to keeping the door open to visit. We stayed the night with wet carpet and kept our shoes on and our things off of the floor. We then tried to go swimming but the chemical smell was so strong when we opened the door to the pool that our lungs hurt so we went to bed. I am not a picky person but this was very unsatisfactory.
