I like Fairfield Inns because they're reliably clean and quiet and I can usually stay for a good rate. I found this Fairfield exceptional however due entirely to Dartal (I hope I spelled that correctly) at the front desk. What a great representative for Marriott he is...he was friendly, informative and seemed to be genuinely interested in ensuring that I was well taken care of during my stay. The hotel was very good as Fairfields usually are and Dartal was awesome.

This place is being remodeled. Our floor was already completed and was very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff and willing to accommodate. This is a great location, close to shopping and malls.

We were surprised on how nice it was. We had been driving all day and came into a lobby with a coffee bar with hot coffee, hot tea, creamer and fresh fruit. The front desk clerk was super friendly guy who we chatted with a few and found he has traveled many places with his family. The only drawback in the electronic world was only 2 available outlets in the room and 1 in the bathroom. None next to the bed. Breakfast was awesome and food was hot. We learned to travel with our fan because we like the white noise. Workout room was small but just perfect. The pool is inside and very small than the picture online. Again, it wasn't our destination but a warm friendly overnight stay.

My family came in last weekend for a visit and they stayed here. They were so impressed with the services all weekend. The employees were so nice and helpful. They went above and beyond in making their stay wonderful. Anytime someone comes in town we will be staying here.

Nothing fancy. A clean room, strong showers, decent breakfast. The bed was fine. They have a pool and small gym. Check in was fast. Easy to locate, the rates were reasonable. Good place for passing through town.

Girls away trip...Everything was great! The breakfast attendant on Mon & Tues was NOT capable of that job duty...cold or nothing kinda of breakfast. Thanks to the black lady on Wed.-Fri. She made it worthwhile the remaining of our stay. I've stayed in lot's of Fairfield hotels. Overall this one could use a few upgrades especially in rooms. Management & other staff was very helpful. Loved the warm cookies served midday! I would stay here again.

I travel on business and generally do not complain about overnight stays. However this particular hotel had issues such as, the bed was uncomfortable, there was a roach in my bathtub, there was a hair on the shower wall which was not mine, the room had an unpleasant odor to it, and when trying to fall asleep at 11:30pm there was extremely loud noise of running, clanging, banging, screeching, more running etc. this went well beyond midnight and into the early hours of the next day. Needless to say, I got no rest at this hotel in this room. I was disappointed, and will stay mainly at Springhill category or above from now on.

My Husband and I stayed at this hotel recently, as usual we were happy with the welcome that we received, Sarah on the front desk made us feel very welcome and ensured that we had everything we needed. The room was nice and clean, the usual standard of the Fairfield brand. The hotel is located at the side of a major road but we had no trouble with noise and it was only a short (10 min) walk to the mall and restaurants, the TGI Friday's there was a lot of fun, the staff were very friendly and funny. Unfortunately on this stay breakfast was not the usual standard we have become used to from the Fairfield brand. We arrived in the breakfast room at 9am and unfortunately there was no hot food left, only one slice of bread, 3 bagels, 2 muffins, a few yogurts, several apples and pancake mix and 3 boxes of corn flakes. When we asked if breakfast had finished already we were told it finished at 10am, so we mentioned how little food there was. The cereal and yogurts were restocked after we complained and we were told more hot food would be made. After 45 minutes there still was no hot food items and the bread/bagels/muffins were not replenished, when we asked again about the hot food we were told that kitchen had closed so if you stay here I recommend getting to breakfast 2 hours before it is scheduled to finish or stay at a different hotel, this is one Marriott that we don't plan to stay at again.

Friendly front desk lady and good cookies. We stayed here 2 yrs ago and had a great experience but it is not the same hotel today. They removed the hot tub and changed the pool to saltwater.Tub wont hold water,a/c whistles when it shuts off,amd breakfast tastes cheap if there is any left. It was a holiday weekend so you would expect them to be prepared.I went to breakfast at 830am.Out of coffee, knives, napkins, biscuits, gravy, eggs, and waffle batter. One lady trying to keep it all full. They use to have premade breakfast sandwiches you could microwave that were wonderful. The remaining food available was cereal, yogurt, or bagels. I wont be back! Seemed more like a Super8 than a Marriott property.

Stayed there a couple days. Kiera at the front desk was so helpful she had excellent customer service and the breakfast attendant was super friendly. Its right next to the mall not many stores but great for kids it does have an indoor play area. Hotel even gave me a 10%off coupon for Texas Roadhouse which was right next door!
