Very comfortable and clean. Good food and shopping close by.

The location was hard to beat. Close to all major road, easy to navigate

We were only passing through, but everyone was so helpful and friendly from the front desk clerk at our late night check in to the breakfast hostess the following morning.

When we first walked in to the room, it smelled like mildew and old. The room didn't not have an alarm clock. The indoor pool was not heated and didn't have clean towels. The shower rod needs to be fixed, the bedroom door didn't close right, the door knob cover was broken, the black out drapes we're unhooked, the remote controls had dead batteries. Ect...

staff very helpful and friendly. close to expressways.

Good location to Oklahoma university and a great value

Our room was comfortable & clean. Breakfast was okay and afternoon cookies are served. This hotel is very convenient to shopping & restaurants.

Had a great visit with friends and this was a good place to start and end the day.

Good breakfast, too, and close to I-35. See above.

All good except that the supposedly heated pool was frigid. I swim regularly for exercise due to a bad hip and was excited about being able to continue that on the road. It was too cold. I couldn't work up enough body heat to counter it and had to cut it short. Also, the pool area has two types of tile. The ones close to the pool are textured so you don't slip, but they still have at the outside edges smooth tile. It was VERY dangerous and needs to be made the same as the rest for safety. Otherwise, great hotel. Nice rooms. Good breakfast., Good value. Will definitely use this one again.

Overall, great. Breakfast was special every day. There was one thing my daughter and I laughed about, for some reason they only made one of the beds each day. One day it was my daughters, one day it was mine. It was funny.

The hotel was clean, modern and convenient. My only issue was checking in. When I got to the front desk there was nobody there. I could hear talking and laughter in the office but even when I shouted out "hello" nobody came out. After 15 minutes another guest came in an actually called the hotel to tell them that there were people waiting at the front desk. My recommendation is that they put a bell on the counter. I suppose it would need to be loud enough to overcome the noise in the office.

Hotel was wonderful. Rooms were great. Only thing if staying pn 1st floor you definitely get a strong chlorine smell but other than that, extremely convenient. Close to shopping, highway, restaurants. Breakfast was good as well.

Everything was fine but guests were very noisy and nothing was done about it. My room waa reasonably clean. It was a suite and I had enough room to get comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. My only problem was the loud yelling fron the other guests. Maybe they are usually quiet and people were having a party. Who knows. I wish the staff would have been more aware of that type of thing. Otherwise decent experience.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy on and off the interstate. Lots of food options within sight of the hotel as well. Easy stay...easy choice

This hotel was nice for a one night stay. The parking lot was a little tricky to get into, but other than that no real complaints. Not the nicest hotel by any means, but definitely great for the price you pay. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Didn't have time to grab breakfast, but saw that they had cereal, bagels, French toast, sausage and bacon. Would definitely stay here again!

Decent accommodations fit the price paid...Thanks!

Nice, not outstanding, but would stay there again.

Staff was helpful and efficient in spite of a super busy week for them with the wrestling tournament in town. The food at the breakfast was great.

The hotel was very nice. We were first assigned a room that was being renovated. The peephole was missing and we looked through instead of opening the door. Furniture in the middle of the floor and strong paint smell through the door. We were quickly assigned another room but had to share a king bed instead of having 2 queen beds. That was OK, but the clerk at the front desk called it an upgrade. I didn't consider this an upgrade. The breakfast was average for hotel breakfasts. Have had better, but have also had worse. The hotel was in a great location for us. Close to Oklahoma University and a lot of great restaurants in walking distance and driving distance. If I need to go to Norman, OK again, I would stay at this hotel.
