It was a good stay, a little far from the beach.
There was black mold all over the bathroom which had been there for a long time! They moved us to another room which was not the greatest.
Property is very run down and wreaked of cigarette smoke in the hallways. The WiFi was spotty at best as well as the cable service. The room said it was a queen size bed, it's not, it's a full. No spoons to be found anywhere on site according to hotel staff, even though it's an extended stay property.I would not stay here again, very disappointing.
Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Very convenient to all of our friends and activities in Sun City Hilton Head. Just outside the gate.

Refrigerator kept freezing up and we had to keep shutting it off. Has a kitchenette but there were no eating utensils

Only thing I liked was that they did have a kitchen. My first room had roaches in it. So disgusted. They moved me to another room it was much better and so was the queen bed. The first room had twins beds and they were hard. I will never visit her again. Pool was closed. Waste of money. Sorry just keeping it real.
The first night that I arrived there was no running water. This is 2020, not 1820. WiFI was worst that I have ever had in a hotel. I was on a business trip and could not get WiFi. I went to front desk and they acknowledged that the best place to get WiFi was in the parking lot. I ended up going across the street to Wendy's to use Wifi. This hotel is aware of its poor Wifi. It either needs to upgrade their facilities or mention in the description of the property that it does not have WiFi.
On 2 different occasions, the water was shut off for 12 hours. Upon arrival, I had to scrub the bathroom floor myself because there were smashed blueberries everywhere. It was a terrible experience.
