I did not like the concept of the building that you have to go out of the reception to go into your room. There’s no flat iron in the ion. And when I called the front desk to ask if they have flat iron. The reply was yes and I can get it if I want it.continental breakfast has a very limited choices on spreads, there’s no orange, no eggs.

Sorry but the market dictates the price even the hostel is a 150 a night to share a room and toilet with 8 people. Hotels have been hit with a 500% insurance increase and gas, food and everything else has gone through the roof. As someone who lives in Kelowna I am not happy about it either! I am sorry to hear that you did not like the building layout, but we can not do anything about that. Our breakfast does indeed have hardboiled eggs, but we do not have oranges. We have tried them in the past and they were not popular. We will give it another go to see if there is a renewed demand. Early in the morning we only have a front desk attendant on site and as an economy hotel we do not provide room service outside of cleaning sorry. We do have stock of extra toiletries, irons, play pens, towels and blankets available upon request but we can not always deliver them to a room. If we have the staff on site at the time of request we will do our best to accommodate you. I hope that you might give us another chance to make your stay super.
