We had a great stay and would stay again, everyone was friendly and very helpful. Location was great, walking about anywhere. Room was clean and beds were comfortable, very quiet neighborhood. Nice little Hungry Bear Café on the Hotel site. Great Italian Restaurant just around the corner ask the staff, I don't remember the name!

I have stayed here when business has taken me to Penticton but that was a few years ago. When I had to go again I booked here because I remembered the excellent service I received from the staff in the past and this time was no exception. I had left my phone charger in the room but didn't notice until I was home. I called the hotel to arrange to either go back and get it myself or for them to send to me. The front desk offered the option of having my charger dropped off to me as the Manager was going to be driving through my area later that day and I could arrange a place to meet her. I thought that was an exceptional offer. Later that afternoon there was a knock on my door and the manager had come to my place to drop off the phone charger - I didn't even have to leave my house - she came to me. It was so very nice of her to do that and I really appreciated it - service like that is rare and the Coast should be proud to have Jackie representing their brand.

We needed a room that was reasonably priced and pet friendly. This fit the bill. Air conditioner was loud and not effective. We were glad that the weather was not warmer. However, the proximity for walks along the lake while still being quiet was great.

We booked this hotel for a last minute wine tasting weekend kn the bench and were very pleased. It was in a very convenient spot and the front desk woman was lovely. Rooms were clean and easily accessible with parking out front of our door. Walkable distance to the casino and main street restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.

My family and I had a huge function to attend this weekend in Penticton. I was originally booked into the Ramada, however after booking in the Ramada called and wanted to charge me up front for one night, taxes and deposit. I was not happy that I needed to pay almost 400.00 up front so I contacted The Coast hotel Penticton. I received a warm friendly voice on the other end of the phone and the man proceeded to tell me they only had one room left. He ended up giving me a friends and family rate, for a King superior room. The room was extremely comfortable, very clean and wonderfully spacious. The jetted tub and shower was amazing! I took full advantage of the bathroom amenities and was extremely impressed. The beds are very comfortable and the Starbucks coffee they provide in the room was an added treat. The staff and housecleaning were extremely pleasant and a delight to deal with. They have a lovely indoor pool as well as a nice BBQ area. Although the parking was a bit tight and limited, it was convenient to be able to park right outside the rooms! Thank you Coast Hotel for your accommodations and lovely staff. I'll definitely be staying here from now on when I go to penticton for all my up coming functions!

Our stay although only 2 nights was excellent. We had a fantastic room, very clean, excellent beds and pillows. Front desk were very friendly and helpful with directions to places in Penticton. I give this vacility a 10 0ut 0f 10. Also the prices were quite affordable.

The hotel is close to the ice rink, downtown area, etc. The restaurant in the hotel is very good. The old ice rink is a must to visit if you are a hockey fan. If we return in the summer several wine tours will be in order.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've stayed at this hotel many times for work and it's always great. Beds and pillows are comfortable. They have two pools one indoor and the other outdoor and have pet friendly rooms. and oh the jetted tub is to die for!

The Hotel is older but the rooms are huge! Had a nice balcony with chairs and a table on it. Star bucks coffee in room, fridge. All the bathroom comforts are provided. The only down side is the rooms have very thin walls. I could literally hear the guy's conversation in the next room (and his alarm but for some reason he couldn't!) The staff were very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Older but renovated nicely, not a five star but definitely a four, great location and everything in room was as it should be for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again if the need arises.
