This hotel is great for the money. New and comfortable. Breakfast and wifi.

Staff was friendly, though they spent some time talking to each other before helping us. Other than that it wad a good stay, confortable and clean rooms.

Average stay, clean, will stay again. Fridge was noisy and light burned out that we had to install because housekeeping couldn't do it so they left it with a note.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room on main floor ok but hallways noisey. I think we were located too close to elevators and pool area. The room overall was dark and especially the bathroom. There were lamps but low wattage lightbulbs. You need more light to apply makeup! Room was fairly spacious and decorated well. Curtains ok but hard to close in centre. Being ground level, parking area right outside our window so we had to close curtains immediately so no one would see in. Bed very firm but ok. Don't like paper/plastic cups. No glass cup in bathroom. Skimpy on towels. Just felt for a BW Plus the room should have had a few extras! Coffee maker has finishing signal that sounds like a truck backing-up! Internet slow but office chair very good. Room layout good. It just felt like something was lacking. Perhaps we should have requested a room change for quieter room. Breakfast area big which was good but chairs too deep and big for me! Food standard, not outstanding. Could have been presented better. Should have had china plates/bowls and mugs and glasses, not paper and plastic, especially cutlery! Layout for breakfast food too congested for bigger crowds.

The staff are just excellent here Would stay again.

we had awesome view outside the balcony and everything is convenient! but it just lacks of utensils and stuff inside the room.

the amentities wasn't fully prepared, no utensils, no bowls in room that is hardly for me to go to conceriage again to ask for stuff

It really was a great stay! It was very quiet considering where we were located, next to the highway and joined with a strip mall. The staff was polite and friendly.

Great hotel, modern, comfort and super clean. Be warn and don't book the cheapest rooms at Orbitz because they are reserved for handicap. The day I checked in the staff said that I was the 4th person to have reserve the handicap room. I hope Orbitz will change this soon enough. The staff was super nice and upgraded us to a Suite on the 4th floor for free. We had a nice room with a view of the golf course and Mission Hills Winery. Not much to do in Westbank but it is only 15 minutes from Kelowna and very close to Mission Hills and many other Wineries. Check out the fruit stands and wineries a long the way to Penticton and Oliver.

This was a very nice hotel. The room was just as nice as some of the Fairmont properties we stayed at in Canada. It was a perfect stopping point between the Canadian Rockies and Vancouver. The town of Westbank is not that exciting and the wine in this area is not that great, but we were happy with the hotel. There is a shopping center with lots of food options.
