The staff of this Best Western is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is always good. Rooms are comfortable, if sometimes a bit funky. Swimming pool and hot tub. Nicely tended gardens. I think it provides the best value in the area.

If you like to visit wineries, this is a great base camp. We spend a day in Oliver return to base. Spend a day in Kelowna return to base. Spend a day in Naramata return to base. There are nice restaurants in the area and a new Casino.

We liked this hotel very much. Clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. There was lots of Spring cleaning going on but did not affect us in any way.the door pool and hot tub were clean and warm.

Quaint comfortable hotel staff very helpful and attentive, The room was clean and having the little kitchen and seperate living room was homely. I would recommend to anyone staying in the Penticton area. It is an easy to locate facility just off the main road

This hotel was very economical and has beautiful grounds. The breakfast buffet was amazing as were the amenities. The staff here are super friendly and accommodating. Would love to go back with or family and enjoy the outdoor pool and BBQ area under the huge trees and even a sand box!

This property is well kept & beautifully landscaped. There's a spacious area of lawn, picnic tables & playground equipment including a seasonal outdoor pool. The indoor pool is especially appreciated in the Winter months. Here the pool was a comfortable temperature, crystal clear & without any chlorine smell. Pool towels are provided in the rooms. There are many room configurations to choose from. Our room was a common 2 Queen beds 1 bathroom with tub & shower. There was also a bar fridge, Keurig coffee machine & a sliding glass door to a narrow outside walkway. Our room rate included a buffet breakfast in a lovely upstairs eating area. Food was varied & fresh, including watermelon, sausages, bagels, yogurt & much more. This is a very popular place to stay for families, conference goers, vacationers & work crews, so make your reservations well in advance.

This accommodation is anything but accommodating! My husband is a Best Western club rewards member so he is very familiar with the service and cleanliness standards of this hotel chain. We were heading up to Penticton with his 2 adult sons and families and another family member. My husband booked 2 rooms, through Tripadvisor, one regular room for son #1 and requested a suite for us, thinking it would be larger and we could use it for visiting. We were shocked to see our "suite" when we arrived. Extremely cramped, the sofa bed was thread bare and filthy, the bedroom had a double bed crammed into it with just a foot and half on either side of the bed and a small dresser with a TV on it which left no room to store our luggage. You could barely turn around in the bathroom. While all the rooms in this motel opened up on the pool courtyard, our view was of a rusty stair case, bike rack, recycle bin and garbage can. The suite looked nothing like the room rooms shown on the website. We called to complain about the room and all they asked if we wanted the sofa cleaned!? The sofa should be thrown out as it was beyond cleaning. We said "no we wanted to switch rooms". We were told they had no other suites available but after viewing our sons' rooms we found that they were in fact roomier than the " suite" and said we would be happy with a regular room. We did not even care about the difference in cost. They said they would call us an let us know when we could be switched. We left our suite, so as to leave it " unused" with the assumption we would be moving. By 9 PM we had not heard from the front desk so we ended up staying in the suite and tossed a blanket over the sofa bed so we would have somewhere to sit. We were paying more for our room than our sons' regular rooms. In the morning Son#1 called and said he had been rudely woken up by someone at the front desk insisting he had not paid for his room, however my husband had paid for both rooms on his credit card. When we checked with the desk they said they were unsure why the call was made. The next day we requested to be moved again. Another member of our party was vacating her suite which was double the size of ours and they again said they would check and call as when they could switch us. She was also paying less than us for a much larger suite. Again, no call back or effort to accommodate us. While complaining to son #2 about the lack of customer service at the front desk he mentioned that as he was trying to check in the clerk answered the phone 3 times and was checking availability for the parties on the phone instead of checking him in, keeping his wife and 2 kids waiting in the car for over 20 minutes. Son #1 had a spa tub in his room. His wife filled it to have a jet tub however when she turned on the jets brown chunks that they could only hope were just "dirt" came shooting out of the jets. Furthermore, when they were packing up to leave they found the previous guest's dirty underwear behind a chair. Very evident that the cleaning was below standards of a Best Western. Staff ,while seaming sympathetic to our complaints were just providing lip service and really did not care, leaving us feeling very frustrated and ripped off to say the least! This was off season so the place had vacancies. This motel is so mis-managed it is a joke. That Best Western lends its good name and reputation to this place is shocking.

I would not recommend stay at this best western. they have to start fixing the place up . the light fixtures over the kitchen were dirty lense cover , the bath no slip mat was dirty . throw in the garbage ..there was a sign no smoking on the one door and the other door , I open into court yard and theres a chair and a ash tray...

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with kitchenette which had doors to parking lot and inner courtyard with pool and playground. Great value for a very family friendly facility, a short walk from the beach.

The room layout was incredibly awkward and the bathroom was a bit cramped we could hear a bunch of noise from neighbouring guests, but other than that it was very clean and not bad for a single night stay. The bed was fairly comfortable and the amenities were standard. There were a decent amount of options for breakfast but the restaurant was a bit small and the food area was crowded as well was the dining area.
