Butterfly Beach Hotel

I liked that my room had a pool view and that the hotel had the amenities that we were looking for. I also liked that the hotel was on a beach and had a restaurant and shop on the compound. What I did not like was that check in time was 3pm yet check out was strictly noon. We needed a little more time and was willing to pay for it but there was not much flexibility there. No attempt to assist in late check out. When we entered our room for the first time it was also flooded as the fridge was letting out water on to the floor. We had to wait to get that fixed before we had access to our room. Other than that I would recommend this hotel.

Friendly beach hotel on the south coast, not much of a beach really but enough for an invigorating morning swim, food and drink overpriced

The managers went above & beyond to make ur stay excellent .The staff waz friendly but not knowledgeable at all , instead if giving wrong answers , they should say , they are not sure or dont know. The food waz not good , at one time i had to return the meal. It waz so over cooked.Maids were very nice & friendly but didnt do the best cleaning job , after they had cleaned the floors , there waz still cookie crumbs that were there from nite b4 , beds made but no clean sheets , charged me for a towel when the first towels should b free. Oh , i could go on & on but wont.
