Lovely b&b. Convenient location. Very hospitable and welcoming owners.

The proprietors are friendly and so accommodating! At all times, we felt like welcome guests in their home. Bed, oh so comfy. Roomy rooms. Delicious hot breakfast. The house and grounds are beautiful...quintessential New England. Can not wait to return in the fall!

Found a warn & friendly atmosphere with cordial hosts. Enjoyed our recent stay in York. Victor's home made blueberry muffins were outstanding.

The location was just right. Within walking distance to Nedick Beach and Nedick Lobster Pound. A convenient store directly across from the inn with all the basics so you don't have to travel far. The property is inviting with seating in the shade as well as the sun. Each room is tastefully decorated and quaint. The bed was comfortable and had a private bath. The breakfast is delightful and wonderful, especially the blueberry muffins. The inn is in a great location in that it's close enough to the attractions yet far enough away to remain peaceful and quiet. It is easily accessible from Route 1 so it is possible to avoid the congested area. Victor and Raymond made every effort to welcome each of their guests and are knowledgeable about the area. There isn't one thing I couldn't give a 5 star review. Thank you Victor and Ray for a wonderful stay and I look forward to a future visit.
