Staff was helpful and courteous. TV was good quality, but guide in hotel room was seriously out of date. I never did figure out where the stations were. Internet speed was a pitiful 5 Mbps. There was a washer/dryer but no change machine. Carpet in hallways needed a good shampoo.

I had an employee come to this hotel and they were disappointed for several reasons. Staff were disappointing, Room was clean and spacious however the room card didn't work twice. They had a systems failure and lost the log of us even having a room. The front desk was not very accommodating to the system failure. The free breakfast had nothing other than jelly!!

Beautiful Hotel nestled in a small town. The entrance is welcoming and the view from all sides and floors is gorgeous. Walking distance to entertainment, food, church.

I picked this hotel because of price, and it's history. In truth it was about $10 cheaper then a few newer more chic hotels but the picture of this one drew me in, Also the breakfast looked awesome we were in town for our kids mountain biking races breakfast is important. The room was clean, not only did it have 2 beds but a little sitting room with a couch, chair and another TV. It had a sink with the fridge too. I was very pleased with everything in the hotel, and yes the breakfast rocked. It was old and you could tell, so if you want fresh and new don't stay here, but I loved it

Wanted to argue, stairs are emergency exit only and not marked as such, smell of urine everywhere. I want my money back.

Large room. Very clean. Well stocked with tea/coffee. Free breakfast was filling and very good with plenty of options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant/pub in the hotel was wonderful!

I enjoy coming to Ben Lomond because the staff is nice, they have a complimentary breakfast in the morning, and a number of times I have stayed I have been in a room that has two queen beds, one in a room with its own door, and I didn't have to pay extra for it.

Very nice historic hotel. They have strived to keep the look of the early years of this hotel.

Great hotel for a great price. Right off Ogden Main Street so a great place for the annual car show.

Staff was wonderful!! Front desk people were fantastic so was housekeeping!!

This was my first stay at the historic Ben Lomond hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to requests. There were two restaurants in the hotel, and the Irish Pub in the lobby was a great place for lunch or drinks. The price was very reasonable for the spacious suite and I would stay at this hotel again.

Amazing hotel. All staff was very friendly and willing to help us in any way they could. After a couple days of staying they gave us a discount to help us out. I would stay here anytime I'm in ogden.

I stayed here with my family. I would stay here again . it was very clean older hotel. It had a nice feel to it. A great classical lobby The family rooms were very big. The next morning the breakfest was very good

True to its word, the Ben Lomond Suites are very historic, relaxed and beautiful. It made me feel as if it was a home away from home. The view from my room was spectacular. I got my money's worth. I loved it and would stay there again.

Spent one night here as a last minute getaway. The hotel is beautiful from the outside, but needs a major update on the inside. Hotel lobby was clean as well as our room but like I said, needs a good updating.

I was disappointed with the lack of friendly smiles from the staff. They seemed rather unhappy. However regardless, our stay was enjoyable. thank you

We were looking for an affordable yet pleasant hotel stay. That is what we found with the Ben Lomond Suites. Only downside was that the young man at the front desk seemed to be overwhelmed working the entire show by himself. Otherwise, good experience.

The room (s) was more than I expected - bedroom and sitting room - clean, comfortable, mini kitchen (did not expect) good location for our ski trip and for walking to a good coice of evening dining

As we tried to open our door the security latch device had somehow slipped into place. We had to wait almost 10 minutes for the maintenance guy to come open our room with his special tool. He and the front desk both said this room has had the same thing happen all the time. Hey here's an idea - FIX THE LATCH! We had to jam small pieces of paper into the hinge to prevent the latch from accidentally swinging into place each time the door was shut. Next morning as I was starting to iron my shirt to go to a funeral I started noticing black stuff on my shirt. Unknown to me someone prior to me had melted something onto the iron. Ruined my shirt and I was forced to stop by a store to buy a new shirt. Now I know to double check the iron to make sure it is clean, but maybe the hotel should check for stuff like this. Maybe I'm wrong. The guy running the front desk said he would have his manager call me regarding the shirt but I have yet to hear back from anyone. Everything else was fine. The room was clean, the bed was fairly comfy, and the breakfast buffet was tasty.

I'm sure when this hotel was built it was a three star. It is now, no better than a cheap motel. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. This is my first experience not agreeing with the orb rating. Very disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. For future reference the ADA entrance is to the left of the parking garage under a maroon awning. Thank you for staying with us, we hope to see you again soon.
