They put a hold on my credit card that without saying a word. They threatened a $500.00 fine if we smoked in our room. They threatened a $75.00 fee for not declaring a pet, even though we selected "pet friendly" in our Orbitz search. They charged $25.00 when we told them we had a dog. The property is in shambles. Elsa was so kind, nice little hotel, right off the highway, everyone we made small talk with was in a good mood and fun to talk to and I had an enjoyable night!
Beds were comfortable. Property is in serious need of a renovation. Carpets were stained. Faucet fixtures were loose. Whole place smelled of marijuana. If it was for anything other than a quick crash, it wouldn't have been appropriate. You pay $50 you get $50 clean.

Cool wagon out front and surrounding property. Our room door was open when we arrived and dirt on the floor. We took pictures for proof. Staff took my credit card and double charged us. Still trying to get credited from owner and manager. Getting the runaround.
When I arrived for my PREPAID stay, the door was locked and a sign said "No rooms. If you had a reservation Sorry!" I called and the clerk said "we don't have any rooms. Call Orbitz for a refund." Nearly midnight and I was stranded! No other hotels in town had any vacancy. So I would say my "stay" was horrible!
My family stayed for two nights. For the three days we were there, the indoor/outdoor pool was not open. This was not due to the weather. The breakfast consisted og 1 hard boiled egg, one cookie, and 1 granola bar put in a brown paper bag. The housekeeper took our used towels, however, didn't replace them. When I called the front desk, I waited about 45 minutes and ended up having to go get them myself
The stagecoach and western theme was nice. The check-in process was horrible.

The property was cheap that's what I liked about it the room was clean TVs were lousy but it was cheap clerk in the front desk was nice We'll stay again as long as the price is cheaper than the competition
Shower was completely inadequate. Would have flooded the bathroom floor if used; charge for pets was exorbitant; clerk did not program the cards for room entry on check in and had to walk through snow to get them programmed.
