This property was in need of basic upkeep. We rejected the 1st room and the 2nd was not much better. AC kept going out and we got charged twice for our room.

A couple of friends and I stayed overnight for a visit. The whole hotel needs major renovations. The spa area was musty and old smelling as was the indoor pool.

My family and I were in the Milwaukee area to visit. Basically just slept at the hotel. Free wifi and pool. No continental breakfast and had to pay for coffee in the lobby. The beds were comfortable for a good nights rest.

Being able to park up front to unload our luggage was nice but then the parking lot is a little bit of a hike. The check in process was fine but when we went to our outdated room the TV wouldn't work. Seems like that would be something for housekeeping to check on so that we didn't have to wait for maintenance. The room and overall hotel seemed very dated. With it being dated it also seemed dirtier. We were traveling to see the Brewer's play so the location was great and the only reason we stayed.

Overcharged my credit card over $1200 because the manager dors not know what he is doing.

We had a small child with us for a wedding, had to wait over 2 1/2 hours for our second room after check in time of 3:00! Only when we complained to hotel manager was our room magically ready! Other family members had problems has well.

Nice experience overall...not the hotels fault, but we received a wrong phone number call at 2:30am, then the dog next door started barking, so not the best night sleep. Comfy bed! Bathroom could use updating, but nice and clean.

Nothing complimentary. $2.36 for a cup of coffee. Very nice indoor and outdoor pools.

The motel stay was a two night stay to attend a family reunion and a short getaway. It and the staff met all of our needs for the stay. It was nice to be allowed to bring our dog along who also had a nice time. Dogs are people too.

Nice resort with great bar! Good location close to resturants and fair value for money.

I hadn't stayed there for 5 years or so and it seemed pretty much the same. There may have been upgrades but Restaurant spotty with customers except for fish fry Friday. Bar lacks ambience. Probably won't go back soon.

The hotel is in need of room renovations. Carpeting is worn/stained, the bathroom had chipping paint, and the bathtub faucet was dripping non-stop which led to discoloring in the tub. The pool area is nice and the spa area looked good, but I didn't go into the spa. The staff was fairly clueless on where additional toiletries and tissues were, so i couldn't get a replacement on my tissue box which ran out after two sheets. It's not a bad hotel, but for the location and the money, you'd expect more. On the plus side the pool is included for guests of the hotel, but the website is very unclear about this and it would appear that everyone would have to pay.

This was a great place for me and my daughter. It has indoor/ outdoor pools, a playground, a little shop and great places to have some fun "night life" for the adults. Plenty of other restaurants nearby. The room could use some updating. Our refrigerator was loud enough to keep us up at night, and I'm sure the A/C would have too. We didn't need that because it was great weather to have the balcony door open. Loved the screen there. The door lock was a lock and chain type which seemed a bit out of date with the sturdier locks found at more updated hotels. All in all I did enjoy my stay and would recommend for a short weekend getaway.

Beds are hard... carpet old and damaged... Fridge loud. But it was clean and had indoor/ outdoor pool and playground for kids. All in all nice place to stay.

My experience at Olympia Resort Spa was quite underwhelming. Most everything was adequate, but needed that something special to meet my expectations. Big disappointment that there was no complimentary continental breakfast - I was pretty sure I had seen that in the advertising. Other guests who complained received a free coupon for the $9.95 breakfast buffet, but I did not. Advertised dining rooms were not open for dinner, but some sandwiches & snacks were available at the bar. Front desk clerk was pleasant. Bartender was very inexperienced, but pleasant. Didn't see any other staff. Room was clean & comfortable, but felt dingy. I had to request a working alarm clock, which did arrive promptly while I was out of the room. No convenient place to plug in laptop. Indoor pool was not large, but looked nice, no whirlpool visible. Lots of inactive appearing construction sites around indoor pool & gym area. I was attending a conference and the conference room & service were above average. Lobby & public areas were spacious and attractive, but kind of tired feeling.
