FOR LARGER GROUPS OF 7-18 GUESTS: Please send us a message as we have 3 almost identical units in the same neighborhood. (One minute walk from each unit to unit).

This unit is a 2nd floor unit meaning there are steps.

We often have weekly-stay discounts and 4-night stay discounts, mostly in the off season!

A starter pack will be provided consisting of:
✔A toilet paper roll for each bathroom
✔A paper towel roll in the kitchen
✔Dishwasher detergent

Comforters and pillows are provided.

However, please bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, extra toilet paper/paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, soap, dish soap, any other toiletries, etc.

You must be 25 years or older to rent. NO Parties.

The Beach Chairs and Umbrella are a courtesy to you! Please be mindful that the next guests will want to use these chairs as well.

Upon reservation, a standard short-term rental agreement will be sent to you to sign.

Earlier check-in and check-out requests must be approved in advance. This may result in an extra fee.

If planning to use the BBQ:
Please test out the BBQ before buying food to make sure of its functionality. The BBQ should work but there is no guarantee of its proper functionality due to previous guests. The guest(s) are responsible for their own supply of propane. We have two propane tanks, the guests can use these tanks to refill to get a cheaper price on propane rather than buying a whole tank. The tanks are the property of the owner. Please close the valve on the propane tanks when you are done.
