This direct oceanfront 3-bedroom, 3-full-bath condominium is situated in a premier building that boasts huge wrap-around balconies and just 2 units on each floor. It’s everything you need for your dream vacation. You have a large living/dining area with a wet bar, and all new appliances in the large kitchen. The oceanfront master bedroom and the bayside second bedroom both have direct access to the large wrap-around balcony, which also has a separate private entrance. It is close to wonderful restaurants, shopping, and amusements. Relax on the comfy deck furniture while enjoying the view or watching the sunrise. The owner provides 4 ROKU TVs (no cable service, but plenty to watch), along with free WiFi, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and parking for 2 vehicles. The building has 1 secure elevator. Check-in at 3 PM (no early check-ins). The occupancy is 8, the property is non-smoking, and animals are prohibited. You will need to supply soaps, detergents, and paper products. Please note – sheets and towels are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
