We had a great stay and would recommend this rental. It was very clean, great neighborhood, and centrally located for our day trips to Rehoboth and Berlin. The only thing the I would recommend is keyless checkin, as we were given the wrong keys and had to go back to exchange them.

Overall, the place is very nice. We were very disappointed that a pool was not available for our use
The ceiling fans seemed to have one speed, couldn’t figure out how to adjust them. And, the air conditioning was definitely not cool enough. TVS definitely need upgrading and king beds would be nice. One of the major reasons for booking was the pool. It would have been nice to be able to use the one in the unit across the street, but that wasn’t “allowed.” Never received a call back from management like we were supposed to. It seems that quite a few people were upset about this. Apparently, management didn’t want to deal with it.
