2 Bedroom Ocean Front Century I Condo with Indoor Pool!

It's all about the view! Two balconies with incredible ocean and bay views! This unique split level floor plan features a private entry level queen primary bedroom with ocean front floor to ceiling windows. The comfortable living area with two sleeper sofas are located upstairs where you'll find the large ocean front balcony. The kitchen area provides seating for 6 to enjoy meals in. You won't want to miss the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets from the balcony. The primary full bath is located directly outside the bedroom door. Both full baths are equipped with tub and shower. The Century I condominium building conveniently located close to grocery retail, department stores, dine-in and carry-out restaurants, the public library, and several places of worship. Everything you would need is within walking distance for your Ocean City Maryland beach vacation. The Century I building offers a fitness center complete with sauna as well as an indoor pool (open seasonally) and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.

Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration.
