Providing the perfect landing point for your next Florida vacation, this brand-new home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located only four miles to the World Equestrian Center! Ocala is known as the “Horse Capital of the World.” Boasting 600 horse farms and home to an abundance of horse-related attractions, events, and activities. Also close by is HITS, Canyons Zipline Adventure Park, the area's many shops, and local restaurants. For quick day trips, head for the neighboring cities of Orlando, Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, and Jacksonville.

Back at your stay, relaxation comes easy inside the well-appointed interior. The comfortable living room comes adorned with soft seating and a large TV - ideal for movie marathons. Cook amongst the ample meal prep space and stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen. When it's time to eat, dine as a family at the wooden dining table, or alfresco on the patio.

Each of the bedrooms has been simply decorated for your comfort and showcases soft linens and a ceiling fan. An additional interior perk can be utilized when you throw your clothes into the private washer/dryer.

End your evenings outside, in the large yard where the furry members of your family can stretch their legs, and everyone can enjoy the last few minutes of radiant Florida sun before the sunsets and the stars come out.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
