I called ahead to let them know I was checking in around 11pm. There was no one available to check me in, I had to pummel through kids that were partying all throughout the hotel (it’s Halloween) and they let me into my room without giving me a key card and were confused when I asked them for one— so I was unable to leave my room for the duration of the stay. On top of that there was a DJ bumping music until 1am, and people screaming in the hallways until about 230. There’s zero shot of me getting any sleep because the room smells like rotting sewage. The bathroom sink has no running water and the lights in the bedroom flicker when they’re turned on. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but this is pretty bad. Safe to say I won’t be staying here again.

Great location and beautiful hotel. However description on website was not accurate. We reserved a double room with 2 beds as expedia had it, to find out the hotel only has rooms with one bed. While staff ended up being helpful, they were not very accomodating at the beginning. Had to call expedia’s customer service multiple times and we ended up with one bed but complimentary breakfast. Besides that experience, everything else was good.

I would love to give 5 ⭐️ rating but unfortunately I can’t. The room was cute but very noisy, omg I felt like I was sleeping in the street practically. We have a room facing the street and I couldn’t sleep. They lack of vanity articles like conditioner, blow dryer, I had to bought them. No phone or tv. The good stuff: it’s right in the Center of Oaxaca Centro which is very convenient to access restaurants, shops, church and museums. I think is more for travelers they like to go only with a backpack. Good Wifi

This hotel was very much noisy and, therefore could not sleep. There was a bar above my room, where they sound music very loud until about 2:00AM. And, due to that the room faces the main road, noise of traffic and people was very troublesome throughout the night.
