The courtyard setting was charming, the location was perfect and our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was filling and included in the price, but it was identical every day. The hotel only provided one small bottle of water per day for each of us, rather than the more generous supply we were accustomed to. The front desk staff was pleasant, but did not speak English, which made them less helpful than we would expect from a 4- star hotel in a city filled with international travelers.

Great location. The hotel looks way better in picture than in person. It was a nice stay, but we expected so much more from a 4-star hotel. Options for breakfast are ok, but you're better off going somewhere else for food. Cleanliness can improve and so the amenities. Main patio looked like an abandoned patio.

great place, confortable rooms, but need maintenance, like a/c was noise and toilet was leaking. A little maintenance would make a great place. Clean part of town, easy access to the plaza, nice drop off pick are, less congestion. Great "enmoladas" must have for breakfast at least once
