Needs cleaning

Moldy bathroom. Remodeling not completed with paint stained carpeting and trim paint not complete.

I hate writing this poor review because the 2 staff members we encountered were very friendly but there was so much mold in the bathroom and sleeping space I felt I had to.

Property was being renovated, so the pool was not available. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in our room.

Nothing!!!!! No one told me when i booked this place that is was being rehabed and clerk charged my son 75.00 because he arrived at 3:00 am instead of the 4:00 pm. I clearly stated that when i made the reservation to the person who took my registration at Orbitz. And he was charged another $75.00 for Friday night. He had to leave by noon Saturday. It sucked!!!!!

I was disappointed by the general condition of the hotel and property. Generally the hotel was dark and dingy. The bathroom grout needed a cleaning (mold??). The room was not quiet (listening to the ice maker clunking and chugging through the night). Parking area needs paving help. Employees were polite and friendly - but often seen hanging around the front smoking. Quality is on of my first choices when traveling but I would look at other places the next time I'm traveling to the Cleveland area.

The first night I found a bug on my bed was later told it was not a bed bug. Stayed for 8 nights last 2 days they never checked my room including taking g care of trash. Sheets had ketchup on them and never changed them. Ice machine on 2nd floor looked like never hooked up and ice machine on first floor out of order the whole time we stayed. Even if they checked room they only replaced towels once. At one point they did not even have washcloths. This hotel was a disappointment especially for a long stay. Housekeeping staff was the worst.

First thing, Don't try to check in before 4. They won't let you check in early. After attempting to check in at 320, my wife and I went to a shopping center across the street to kill 40 minutes. When we returned at 405, we were greeted with a line at the check-in counter. When it was our turn to check in, we were told our room wasn't ready yet and it would be no more than 15 minutes. An hour later, we -- and five other traveling parties -- were still waiting for our room. When we went to the second floor, there was garbage scattered all over the hallway and only one house keeping person was cleaning the rooms. When we got to our room, it was a smoking room even though we requested and booked a nonsmoking room. The desk clerk refused to give us a new room because the hotel was booked solid for the night. We were told if there was any cancelations we would receive a call. When we returned from a concert at about 130 am, we asked again if there was any chance of changing rooms and were told no because more people came in and took the unused rooms. My wife and I battled through the smell and the next morning went down for breakfast. There was no peanut butter & jelly or butter for the toast. There was only what appeared to be a raisin flavored bagel. The 3 cereal containers only had 2 flavors of cereal. The muffins were empty as were the 2 containers for the hot food of the day. This was probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had and I typically stay between 5-10x a year.

Bed was comfortable, nice place to rest your head...but that's it! Pool was suspect (cloudy water) and could use a good scrub. Ice maker wasn't working on my floor, went to mcdonalds in lieu of the free breakfast (lack of options). Ceiling was pealing in the room. No trash can in the bathroom. I guess you get what you pay for...

I was there for a meeting of my old high school class in Bedford. It was very convenient and comfortable.

We stayed there for a night. The staff were very friendly and polite. The building was renovated with new furniture and equipment. The room was decently large and clean. The breakfast quality was excellent. Overall, this hotel was a great place to stay with good value for the money. Totally satisfied.

We were in Bedford for the yearly pagan pride event. This is an event where we work hard at and need a comfy need to sleep in after the long day. Mission accomplished. Clean room, comfy bed. Thank you!

Needed last minute hotel and this fit the bill! Close to freeway, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and adequate breakfast.

IT WAS NOT TERRIBLE. HOWEVER, IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. THE LOCATION WASNT MY FAVORITE. THE ROOMS COULD HAVE BEEN MORE SPACIOUS AND UP TO DATE. THE STAFF WAS GREAT! VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

Had an excellent stay. Staff was wonderful, attentive, helpful, and informative. We were in town for a festival for two nights. Pool was available which was great help withy children and breakfast was hot and ready each morning with great selection. Thank u for good hotel we will definitely book again for next year!

I travel quite a bit for business and I would not return to this hotel. It was in a very industrial, low income area with nothing around for food options. It was also expensive for what it was.
