I booked two queen beds suite. I was told that they didn’t have two queen beds as an option and was given a room with a king bed with pull out couch. I found out later from a friend of mine that they do have a queen beds suite. Instead they gave me coupons for their nasty breakfast to make up the difference. I’m pissed!
This was the second time I had stayed at the hotel, I was promptly greeted and they noticed I had stayed there previously. Staff was friendly and courteous and the facilities were clean. The hot tub worked and was well maintained, the room was comfortable.
Only this wrong was a light bulb burnt out and the closet knob was loose other than that the room hotel was very good
There were no staff at the desk while first entering hotel but overall experience was fine.
We went to a New Years Eve wedding and stayed here and it was great. The wedding was next door and we just walked over.The rooms were clean, and the staff was great! Had brunch the next day and the food was great! Overall a great place to stay!!
the only complaint we have is there was no coffee in the room. We were up and getting ready to leave at 4:30 a.m. and sorry to discover the lack of coffee. Other than that it was an excellent stay. josephine h ross
