Not a nice neighborhood to drive in at night. Nevertheless the staff was courteous and helpful.

I was traveling out of Oakland Airport. The location was perfect. The shuttle runs on time. continental breakfast was perfect. Staff is on top of things and helpful. Room was clean and nice. The fitness room is small but had everything I needed.

We have stayed there before, very nice hotel. We would stay there again.

Great location, friendly & helpful staff. Nice shuttle service for guests

Hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly. Seemed like a safe place during the day but wonder what it's like at night. We did not go out at night. A bus ride to the BART system.

A pretty good hotel! Clean, updated, good location. My biggest complaint that, as a pet owner, you're placed on the 3rd floor, which makes taking your dogs out to potty a real pain. There are also 2 ways in/out, so you've got to take your pups past basically everyone in the entire hotel each time. Whew!

The facility needs upgrades, but the staff was excellent

There were too many stains on the chairs and other furniture. I didn't feel it was the cleanest laquinton for that price. This was a list for me.

The room was not clean, it was dusty by the head boards and tables including the bathroom. The bathroom floors were uneven as if there had been unrepaired flood damage, the bathtub didn't drain adequately, it took about 30mins after showers to completely drain. The lights kept flickering all night. In the end I wasted money because I couldn't let my family stay there so all said and done it was a waste of time energy and money as I ended up making alternative arrangements for my family to stay in a clean environment.

very basic hotel for airport stay. the area has really gone down hill from one year ago, the neighborhood is sketch and shady.

Rude employee by the name if Rachael was very mean to my race and I don't know why. But whatever to this chain

Good value for the money. Fairly decent location to be able to get to down town San Francisco and avoid the San Franscico hotel prices. Teh hotel was very clean with a friendly staff. They had a complimentaty breakfast wih fairly good variety. The out door pool and hot tub was a nice treat after long days of walking and exploring the city.

My stay was good. Just a little disappointed to get in the shower and find used soap. Told peter at the front desk. Would have been nice to be compensated since it shows the room was not thoroughly cleaned. But other than that i enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is close enough to sf to take the bart and the room was better than expected. A bit noisy at night but overall it was good.

We were so disappointed after staying at La Quinta's for years, this one was in poor shape. Our first room had a wobbling toilet that started leaking water immediately. Our next room had a loose faucet. It was a nice room but the bed was lumpy and pillows hard. We know CA is going through a drought, yet there were no low flow toilets, the landscaping was watered daily. It seemed as if there was no regard for water restrictions. The breakfast area is too small, to even get coffee was a madhouse. We avoided it except for the last morning. Overall, it felt like we were staying in a Motel 6 without the less costly room.

Great location near the airport with clean and comfortable rooms. Nothing great but OK for a nite.

Staff are cooperative and serious, but not that smiley and chatty as you would expect. Free parking space and free breakfast are fantastic. The compound is secured and feels safe, but the neighborhood is not. My main reason to book close to the Oakland Airport was that I thought it would be more secure. However, you feel uncomfortable and unsafe when you try to walk for shopping around and across the I-880 towards the Airport. If you want to shop around, make sure you don't leave any eye-catching stuff in your car. Otherwise, you will lose your belongings and your car will sustain big loss the time you leave your car.

Nice place to stay. Clean rooms. Very close to O.co coliseum where we went to see the A's play. Close to the freeway. Planning on going again & we will stay here again.

We booked last minute, in a hurry and for cheap. This hotel fit the bill, booked for less than $100 a night and provided a decent quality room and fair service. This location has recently been rehabilitated and everything from the front door of the lobby to the room looks fresh, clean and modern. The bed, sheets, carpet and bathroom floor were clean and the room had new and modern furniture. The front desk clerk was efficient and polite. The neighborhood in which this hotel is located is questionable, but not overly intimidating. The front desk had some issues with being manned at ALL times, there was more than once we called the front desk and had no response. We planned on using BART to get around the area and the front desk clerk advised us to use the hotel shuttle service. We used it when we left the hotel and it was VERY convenient. HOWEVER, when we returned and called the front desk for pick up from the BART station back to the hotel, we were met with an un-manned front desk and nobody answering the phone for 20-30 min. Overall we were okay with the accommodation. The location looks very good with the rehab, the service from the staff is decent WHEN you can find them and the price is VERY reasonable.

Good location Hotel and very nice staff. The room is normal for the price, and the cleanliness is ok. It's nice for a business travel. Located near at the Oakland airport and near Oracle Coliseum.
