Easy check-in and check-out. Standard breakfast fare. Got ride to and from the city and drivers were very prompt and helpful. Short drive to a nice seafood restaurant. Construction underway in the lobby but not a problem for us.

Had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Rooms are quiet. The view is nice by the water. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is in a great location, just off the freeway. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The breakfast & dinner was delicious. The room was very comfortable & clean. The construction was the only nuisance.

Too noisy. Can't sleep. Breakfast is not good. The location is not safe.

Although this property is located directly next to the freeway it is surprisingly quiet. We were in a corner room with only one wall sharing with another room. It was a very peaceful and quiet stay that served it's purpose for the day.

This hotel was excellent! The staff were so friendly and accommodating and I loved that they had a shuttle! It went back and forth to the airport and Barts! We came for the game and it was so awesome to see all the Raiders stuff around! The hotel and room were in excellent condition! Thanks again and we will definitely be back again!

Love the breakfast and the large rooms - oceanfront

The hotel itself is nice, but it is way too noisy. First, make sure you get a room on the water side. Our room was on the street side and it was extremely loud. We could hear the police pulling people off of the freeway and the roaring of cars non stop. Second, do not stay on the second floor. If there are meetings or conventions going on, you can hear clapping and other activity. Third, if you're going to use their shuttle service, book it way in advance. We tried to use it and there was a 4 hour wait. We liked the breakfast, which was pretty standard, and the bartender made pretty good drinks. Bottom line, if you can't get a room on the water side, don't stay here.

We had such a nice experience at this hotel. The staff could not have been nicer. The waterfront King suite was a good size room with a comfy bed and a balcony with a pretty view. We did not have a vehicle, but the location offers free parking and a hot breakfast. The breakfast was adequate with eggs, a meat or potatoes and make your own waffles. We love those waffles, but I was not crazy about the egg dishes. Boiled eggs were my option. If you expect to use mass transit to get into the city the hotel provides a shuttle with three stops throughout the city of Oakland. Peak times can be busy so schedule your request as soon as possible, but mid morning and mid afternoon requests are usually not a problem. This hotel also offers a bar, on location, and every evening has steak dinners available for a nominal price. Although, we did not partake, the dinner looked good served with potatoes and fresh vegetables and the hotel staff was recommending it.

Great location to reach all Bay Area destinations.

I stay here often because it it convenient for work. Pleasant and not too noisy unless your room is above the restaurant

I was traveling for business and was very comfortable at the Executive Inn & Suites. My king-sized room was enormous and had a nice view of the water. It was also very quiet, and since I am a light sleeper, this was a pleasant surprise since many hotels are not as relaxing at night. Thank you! The hot breakfast each morning and free wifi were also of good quality. All of my meetings were in Oakland, so the location was convenient. If traveling across the bridge over to SFO, I would recommend allocating extra time since traffic could be a pain. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice to have a room on the water. Quieter than downtown Oakland. A bit off the beaten path for work for me. Responsive staff

Front desk personnel were great. Very helpful. Maid service needs help. Left used glasses and cups in room. Understood and spoke no English. Insufficient light in room, drawer space, and parking space. Room had microwave and refrigerator. This suite was a king bed and a convertible couch. Continental breakfast was OK. Facility did not meet expectations for the price.

I hire musicians to come to the Bay Area to perform and use Executive Inn for my guests. Each Guests always says they felt comfortable in their room.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Best part is the cooperative staff.

Very friendly staff and convenient location to downtown Oakland

Great value for a business stay. Free wi-fi & free breakfast. Quality food and friendly service.

I stay here regularly for business. Not top hotel but good value

Reliable hotel for business. Nice view on the water and can open door for balcony- nice feature.

We’re sorry you were unhappy - we’ll work hard to fix the issue you experienced. Our location is very convenient to the freeway which allows easy access to Oakland, San Francisco, and other surrounding cities, which most guests love. We understand that isn't for everyone. However, we hope you give us another chance. We do recommend the waterside rooms if you are sensitive to noise. Thanks for letting us know.
