Came away with multiple bites from something. Can't recommend the place.
Convenient location and easy to find next to airport
The decor leaves much to be desired in the bathroom primarily. I love a bath tub and there are none here. There were no extra blankets and that is sadly difficult for me to have the thin little blanket and bedspread that comes on the bed. I find thus is the case in most hotels and it is very uncomfortable -had to crank the heater up and would prefer a heavier blanket instead
Secure was not happy with area. Very trashy on the streets.
Close to OAK = Good Paper-thin walls and noisy neighbours = Bad. Hip hop music at 4am next door. I expressed my displeasure to staff. They laughed me off. Will never stay here again. Would rather sleep in my rental car.
I was a little nervous seeing the outside appearance, but the rooms where super clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. I loved that each room had a patio or balcony
The customer service was terrible and racist. The manager was rude and arrogant the manager did not believe I was charged full hours told it half full breakfast from the website I showed one of the customer service agents she confirmed I was told full breakfast from the site the manager stated I was not telling the nor was his sale agent truthful.
I should have known better; really don't know why I booked an EconoLodge. Wasn't thinking. Noisiest motel ever. Industrial-grade noise coming from outside, and that herd of elephants above us didn't settle down until ~2AM. We were up at 4:30... basically did not sleep. Passable cleanliness. Just dowdy, chipped-up exterior, very dirty outside. Not nice. Pay a little extra and get a nice motel.
pretty expensive for a cheaper-quality hotel. But they were able to accommodate us on very short notice, and all we wanted was a decent bed to nap until our greatly-delayed plane connection - and that was provided. It was a VERY long outside walk to our room, up and down steps with heavy luggage - so glad it was not raining. Very adequate for our short needs, and fine for those unwilling to pay more. Basically clean and neat.
The room was updated and clean. The staff was nice and the free airport shuttle was convenient.
Room not ready at 3pm....breakfast was very minimal. TV remote didn't work
The hotel was as I had expected based on previous reviews. An average hotel...nothing fancy. My room was clean.
So so. Overall shabby look closet mirror had large crack from top to bottom. Breakfast lacking... worst we’ve seen. Only bagels, sugay cereals, pastries, oj coffee and 4 tables. Would not stay again.
Bed was not very comfortable. Taking a shower was an adventure. The water went from cold to hot repeatedly without me adjusting it at all and I had to just get in the water when it was in transit from hot to cold or vice versa. Shower door would not close, so water pooled on the floor and I had to mop up with a towel. Breakfast was sparse. Said it was from 6-9. I got there just after 8 and they were out of hot tea. Asked the front desk and they said they were out and wouldn't have any more until tomorrow
Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly. Conveniently near airport. Just what I needed. A bit price, but it’s very near airport.
