Located 11 mi to Bass Lake, 11 mi to Chuckansi Casino, 4 mi to shops and restaurants, 20 mi to Yosemite South Entrance. Step inside our cozy home featuring an open floor plan. Home is very spacious and includes everything you need. This 3 bed, 2 bath home has enough beds to sleep up to 13 guests.

The home features a spacious kitchen with granite countertops. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils to create the most memorable meals with your family.

In the living room there is a large sectional couch that seats multiple guests. A beautiful wood bar with stone accents is situated in the living room with enough seating for six. There is also a large Smart TV that is connected to a Samsung sound bar to entertain everyone in the living room.

Behind the living room is our isolated office with a beautiful wooden desk and comfortable office chair. There is also a comfortable futon that can be extended to comfortably sleep one adult guest.

There is also a small room next to the office that features one wood frame twin bed.

Master Bedroom features an adjustable California King bed for your comfort and a Smart TV. Master bathroom features a renovated natural stone open shower with dual shower heads and a soaking tub for those who want to take a relaxing bath. Guests can also take advantage of the private fenced area connected to the master bathroom, which is perfect for the quiet mornings or stargazing.

The second bedroom features a wooden bunk bed with a full size bed on the top and bottom. A Smart TV is also included.

The third bedroom features a wooden queen bed, a bunk bed with twin bed on top and full bed on bottom. There is also a futon that can be extended to sleep one adult guest. A TV with a Roku for streaming is also included.

Step out through our beautiful wooden french back door and into our fenced backyard. Next to the backdoor there is also a doggy door your furry friend can use to access the backyard. As soon as you step out you are protected from the elements by a covered patio. The patio features an outdoor table and chairs to take your meals outside and enjoy the tranquility the area has to offer. A BBQ grill is also provided outside for your grilling needs. There is also gas fireplace to enjoy while hanging out with friends and family. No need to bring a propane tank, one is provided. While outside you will find plenty of room for you and your furry friends to run around. Not to mention the beautiful views of the distant mountains that are a sight to take in , especially during the early mornings while drinking your coffee.

There is also a large above ground pool for your enjoyment from May- October. The pool is separately fenced off from the rest of the backyard. For those guests that need a little assistance in the pool, there are multiple size life vests provided. Next to the pool there is another patio with an outdoor table and chairs. The patio also features a misting cooling system that can be connected to the water faucet to cool off.

The backyard also features a spa with functioning jets and spa light that changes colors for use during those cold winter nights or just to relax any day. There is a wooden fence around the spa for your privacy.

The front yard features a beautiful wood patio with an outdoor table and chairs. The patio features a fan and a misting cooling system. Much like the one in the pool area, the cooling system can be connected to the water faucet to cool off. Another feature of the front yard is all the open space there is to walk around and also plenty of parking. You might even get lucky and see wildlife such as foxes, rabbits and even deer that come down the hill to eat from the grapevine by the pool. Please note that our home is located in a mountain community and it is not uncommon to see bugs, spiders, and other wild animals. We do our best to keep these at bay for your stay.

Inside the garage is a gameroom with an air hockey table/ ping pong table, a skeeball game, darts and a pool table for your entertainment. The garage also features a full size couch so spectators can sit comfortably along with a mini split AC/heater unit to keep the inside a comfortable temperature while enjoying all the activities. A large Smart TV, Playstation 4 and Gamecube are also included.

Home is on a septic tank system, we ask all our guests to kindly dispose of used wipes, tissues and feminine products (even if they say flushable) in the provided bathroom trash cans for optimal septic care. Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet .

Plenty of body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your stay. There is also plenty of bathroom and pool towels provided for all guests.

The home is run on solar energy. Appliances such as the stove and dryer are electric.

A maximum of two Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $25/ per pet. For those with pets, the backyard is fully fenced so your pet can roam around without worries. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please do not use dishes from the kitchen for pets.
