As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. A pet fee is applied for those traveling with a pet and is included in your total rental rate. $175 for the first pet and $50 for an additional pet. Maximum number of pets allowed is 2 under 40 lbs.
