It was really partially ocean view. Location was good. Close to waikiki beach walk and shopping. Room was big and has kitchen
we knew going here it was a 3 star hotel however i think 3 stars is about 2 stars too many. the staff is super friendly and helpful however the building and rooms are terrible. everything is very very dated and well used. the cabinets are rotten and the doors leak air and noise. you hear every horn and car and you do not need to have your balcony door open as the wind blows through the cracks. we were in the room watching tv and the light litterally fell from the ceiling. the shower does not drain. it turns into a tub real fast. above all that i read the reviews and they are true- run down outdated building the reason i am really giving this a low rating is all the hidden fees. if you book this online you will save movey with expedia or orbitz but when you get here they have several fees charged per day after all it turns you can stay closer to the beach at a 4 star for the same price. this place really gets you on fees and it really is not worth it. location is nice
First I was treated badly by staff when checking in and put into a room that I did not pay for. Second, they have hidden fees when checking in. Expect to pay an extra $50 per day for the fees. Third the place is a dump. Fourth I was eaten alive by bed bugs while I was there for 2 nights. Stay far away from this little dive.
It's location is the only thing I liked about the hotel
was alright, but not like ***HOTEL in BALI Island, which was in excellent condition!!!!!
The hotel is outdated and noise. Problem closing and locking the doors. The sliding doors are a perfect entrance for thieves.
Mediocre but will meet your needs. Friendly staff. Some billing issues but manager resolved to my satisfaction when issue brought to his attention. Check your bill!
Not too fancy but ok. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The room was clean and neat, the amenities were available with good amount.
We were out sight seeing during the day so we just slept in the room. Was satisfactory for that.
I was a decent hotel for the price. Rooms was clean, housekeeping was awesome. If I have any criticism, it would be that the elevators is too slow, and it's a hassle to use your room key to enter the rlevators
Hotel stay was great the only issue I had was parking. Not much on property parking. However, there is parking a block away but no in and out parking.
Check in was pleasant. Room was very dirty, walls were soiled, found multiple live cockroaches in room, when front desk was called they chuckled and came and squished them with a towel. Stay was 8 days and linens were never changed. Hotel staff was very rude and short. Parking fees are high and they lie about parking times. Location was good. Store located in lower level had homeless and street people every night hassling guests and passers by. Fees for wifi are very steep. Overall I would avoid this hotel unless it's a very last resort. I've stayed in many Waikiki hotels and this by far is the dirtiest and rudest staffed hotel I've experienced. Will NEVER cross there path again.
Been here several times, for the rate and good customer service. Except this last one that I was sent 2 blocks away to a different hotel to park my car for a fee of course. I felt that was very inconvenient with all your stuff and walk back and forth. That was the first time it happened and I am a regular on this hotel property.
I would stay there again. Hotel is very clean and staff are helpful and nice.
Good hotel, close to everything, clean and with the friendliest staff.
the staff was great and very helpful. the room was older and well used and is about ready fro a remodel. the shower was absolutely terrible with a clogged drain. it was full with water up to my ankles.
Hotel good placed but fees for everything and hold my money from mi card like secured deposit that's no agreed
Its an old building and rooms are run down. When we checked in we were given a room which had very dirty carpet and was like a dorm room. I informed the general manager that we were unhappy with the room we got and we were upgraded to a different room which was better and less noisy. That was excellent customer service. The staff were very good and friendly. The rooms need refurbishing. No coffee in rooms. Will recommend if the rooms are refurbished and bathroom updated.
Staff members were very nice and friendly. As far as the hotel I will never stay there again! Hotel is in a good location close to beach and shops but they have cockroaches! it was disgusting! When I told the employee checking me out all she asked was what room was that and proceeded to charge me the ridiculous resort fees! I shouldn't have had to pay any of the resort fees as I did not want to use any of their facilities due to their bug infestation!
