I have stayed here before and let me say that the service is what sets this hotel apart. The service provided by Robert Johnson and his staff (Ziggy & Andy) was just amazing. I know that some things are going to go not as expected BUT the real test is how those matters are handled. The kindness and exceptional customer service provided made me and my mom feel top notch! The rooms are renovated and clean. Very spacious. The floors are clean and we had Madeline who was there every morning asking us if we needed anything. The pool area is nice although we are there for the beach! They do offer beach towels and chairs. There's also a pool bar which also offers food. The open air lobby is lovely. If you rent a car please be aware there's a parking fee in addition to the resort fee. The location to the beach, shopping and restaurants is very convenient. Overall, this hotel is great!

Nice hotel across the street from beach, easy check in/out.

The food looked great, however it was to expensive for my taste. There are many places around the hotel to eat.I recommend going through the Outrigger Hotel when you go to the beach. Overall the The PK as the locals call it was a beautiful place.I have stayed there 3 times now and have never been disappointed.

We love the Princess Kauiliani, we stay there every year. This is our favorite hotel in Waikiki. It is close to everything. The hotel is right across the street from Waikiki beach and in walking distance from shopping and restaurants.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Close to the beach, beautiful lobby and great staffs.

Loved the stay. Awesome experience. Clean, decent & cosy rooms with spacious balcony and oceanic view. Poolside relaxation was fun. Evenings with a taste of Hawaiian culture was unique. Situated in the heart of Waikiki, the hotel has it all. The beach close by just adds to the awesomeness.

Stayed here before- really enjoyed the staff - very helpful - will stay again

Enjoyed your buffet dinnner, service is good, food is good, roastbeef excellent, all in all a lovely evening. Room overlooking the pool was nice, location of tne hotel perfect.

Twice I have gone into details with you. A vacation from Hell due to Princess Kailani not having our room when we got there. After booking it 8 months earlier and confirming the booking with them before ever leaving the states. It took hours for them to find us another Hotel. We are in our mid 70's and unable to walk very far therefore we ended up paying a Taxi every time we wanted to go someplace because the Hotel they put us in was much further than from where we wanted to go. Also the food was twice the price as Princess Kailani and we were stuck. Last but not least, we had planned to see our grand-son who is stationed at Pearl. He was on duty and could not get phone calls. Princess Kailani promised they would take care of it for us and let him now where we were when he came in. He got there and no one had a clue, so we missed getting to see him.

Great location close to everything Good splash bar and food option, mediocre food in breakfast and lunch buffet ( you pay for nothing ) Key would stop working daily and need to exchange them often Cleaning crew would try to come in from 8:00 am which is really annoying Bell desk holded our bags for over 1,5 hours upon arrival Couldn't change or go out to eat after 8 hours of travel We tried to go get our bags ourselves , but they could not find them twice Then they delivered them to wrong room Then we waited more and finally got them The worst bell desk in my history You get beach towels and chairs Big plus Overall hotel is ok but staff needs major training

We stayed here at the end of October during non-peak season. Staff was nice and friendly from the moment we checked in. The lobby was nice and clean. Our room was upgraded to ocean view...probably because it was non-peak. The room was clean but could use some updating. The hotel only has one restaurant and it's a buffet. It could use a restaurant that serves by the plate. Also, it would be nice if they had late happy hours for food and drinks. They have the Splash Bar by the pool which serves small plates. Try their garlic fries and kalia pork sliders. They're pretty good. The pool is average and not kid-friendly. 3/4 of it is deep. The parking is like a maze. I can never find the same way out. The nice thing about the self-parking is that it's included in the resort fee. Other hotels charge resort and parking fees. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel but it has been a couple years. The hotel is conveniently located off of the main street where there are plenty of stores to shop & restaurants to eat. The beach is just a few minutes & walkable. If you have a car, the entrance to the highway is only 5 - 10 minutes from the Waikiki area. When you first walk in you will notice the open & airy lobby. It has been beautifully renovated. The pool is in the area in front of the lobby with plenty of chairs. Hotel provides beach towels. They offer a couple of cabanas you can rent too. By the pool there's a nice bar area & a little further down they offer an eating area where in the morning you will find a breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. I take advantage of their workout room which overlooks the pool area offering you a nice view while you work up a sweat. The room was clean & offered a beautiful view. The rooms may not be completely up to date but they are definately not outdated. There's a small mini fridge in the closet, a flat screen tv & the beds are comfortable. They have city view rooms & rooms that overlook the pool. I will tell you that there was one time prior that the room they gave us was not in the best condition. I called right away & they put us in another room. The service here is great. From our check in with Justin and our interaction with Greg, one of the Managers, the staff is helpful and friendly. We just had one issue with our pre-paid parking, but it was addressed

Mahalo.

The location is great. Parking comes with the package, which is nice. Room is small though and parking areas are very difficult to navigate.

We have stayed at the Princess Kaiulani each year for the last ten years. It is right across the street from the famous Waikiki beach and with in walking distance great restraints and premium shopping. The whole staff was awesome, from being greeted right away. Check in time was less than 10 minutes, even though we had called about a week in advance for a special room request. House keeping was very efficient and friendly.

everything was perfect across the street from the beach will definately book again

MET OUR EXPECTATION ABOVE AND BEYOND. THE ENTERTAINMENT BY THE POOL WAS OUTSTANDING, THIS TRIP WE DID NOT ATTEND A LUAU BECAUSE WE LOVED THE EVENING ENTERTAINMENT BY THE POOL. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THANK YOU GUYS

Booked four ocean view rooms, but were given city view rooms overlooking a construction site. Desk staff and two managers insisted that these were ocean view rooms according to their internal classification system. Door locks stopped working several hours before checkout. The only positive was that housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a great time staying here. We got an upgrade to ocean view was absolutely amazing. awesome sunet view from our Room. Staff are very nice and helpful.

My family and I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. My daughter was a participant in the canoe regatta that weekend so we wanted to be close. This hotel was great. Good location, not overpriced. Although an older Sheraton hotel, I was still pretty impressed with the condition of the hotel. Excellent stay for us locals who live on island.
