The hotel is in a good location by the lagoon, Ala Moana and the Park. The hotel room was well kept, clean and updated.

Nice size room especially with a baby. Was there on business so the resort fee was a tad annoying since we didn't use anything except the room itself

Very pleased with the staff, location, service and condition of the hotel. Ocean view room was a pleasure to wake up to and come back to. Spirit of Aloha was obvious in all.

We left our phone in car before handing over car to valet. We found it in nearby bushes later on and we had to take help from hotel security and later call 911 because valet parking guys would not assist. They have two outdoor swimming pool on property but they are not well maintained.

I had no idea how much history this hotel had until I read various signs on the property. The lobby was breathtaking. It's on a quite area of Waikiki Beach which is what we like. Not a million touring walking around. Hawaii is a place to get away from all that. Amazing shopping and food in all directions. I would definitely stay again. We stayed on the 24th floor and had an mazing view of the marina, ocean and sunset.

Love this hotel, our second time staying here! Got a free upgrade from the first to second floor, and our room was literally right by the mini pool area. We could climb the plants from our balcony and go right to the pool. Will always love this hotel!

Great experience. Hotel staff was very friendly and my family and I had a great time!

The rooms are remodeled very nicely. It feels like a brand-new hotel on the inside. I don't have any complaints.

Quiet. Handy to Ala Moana. Good to have a kitchenette Nice decor

Check in was not on time and seemed to lack communication between front desk and housekeeping

Our room was out of date. The bed & TV was nice and new but the rest of the furniture was super dated. The pictures online and the name luxury suites made me feel like I would get a great comfy luxurious room....but that was not the case. The fridge was literally from the 70's....Hopefully not all the rooms were this off...

The first night they put me in a room that smell like a old lady and it did not look nothing like the websit, it was the old smelly room with uncomfortable bed the couch smell like mothballs the kitchen was not up to standards then I had complained about the room and paid extra for an upgrade for a room that I requested on the website then I have to pay additional fee but I believe I pre paid for the room and I still have any position no fee plus an upgrade fee for the room I requested in the first place a remodeled room with a better bed better comfortable couch that does not smell with a better view. When a request for an upgrade or had to pay for the room that I requested in the first place they gave me attitude and they had me wait and whole entire day to stay in the room that I was uncomfortable with. Because my room was already prepaid and they already had my money but they charged me additional fees for the room that I requested

It was a very nice hotel. The cinnamon cafe has excellent food.

Very nice hotel. Upgraded our room. Staff was very nice. Would stay here again. 5 star experience.

Good stay...a little old. Will be nice when you finish remodel. Nice staff.

Was a very good place to relax and unwind. Very quite and peacefull.

Had a great time the hotel and staff where great. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Nice updated room with kitchenette and large balcony. Helpful and friendly hotel staff. Hotel is just out of the high density foot traffic of Waikiki.. about 15 min walk to Waikiki beach but is very easy to drive the rental car to.

The room was pricy, but definitely worth it. The room was large and had everything that we needed. Definitely going to stay here again!
