Beautiful view. Only a short block from beach and very accessible to the Zoo, shops and restaurants. Parking car simple didn’t ever have to wait more than 10 min tops, $35 per day. Restaurant food was really good but pricy. Sunday’s kids ate for free so made it more affordable for a family to eat there. The stuffed French toast was incredible!!!

Good hotel location and attentive staff. 2 blocks away from Waikiki Beach and walking distance to shopping and food.

Close to beach and restaurants. Nice view and a balcony

Great hotel in a great location. Very clean rooms and bed was so comfortable. The staff was all very helpful and friendly.

Close to the beach and right on the corner where the Pink Trolley stops.

Good for business trips. Nothing special. I was their on my honeymoon and I wouldn’t recommend it for that. I do highly recommend MAC 24-7 (their restaurant).

I have not had a worse experience! I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, as I had a 30 year career that included monthly travel. First off, I would like to say, that I didn't make the reservation, my husband did, so as for due diligence, I didn't do my job. But, it was a Hilton Hotel, I figured it would be fine. I was wrong! The Hilton name counted for nothing at this hotel. Daily mishaps; a strobing light fixture, that began in the middle of the night, terrible when all you want is to use the bathroom, and get back to sleep. I left it until the next morning, (fortunately, I awoke, about 3 hours early due to time difference) but eventually the maintenance worker had to remove the old bathroom light fixture and replace it with a new one. Then, we noticed scratches on our rental car, so we had to take time out to make a report on that. Day 2, I was blow drying my hair in the morning, when the outlet failed, and so I had to get ready at the desk, using a small mirror, to access a working electrical outlet! Maintenance was called in again. Upon our return, I noticed a pubic hair sitting on the bathroom counter, yuck! I wiped it off, and wiped the counter down, but the next day, we had returned to our hotel room to find a sink full of brownish/green water, with black stuff, wish I could post a photo, it is gross! We had enough, we called management and maintenance again, and housekeeping had to come in again! Needless to say it was a nightmare hotel stay.

We stay for a week, AC not functioning, call the front desk, they fix next day.But always have some smell in the room.

It was our first time in Honolulu and this hotel was so close to everything and we had so much fun and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and having some meals on the balcony! We had an over all great amazing experience

The hotel was very convenient and walking distance to most attractions. Modern fixtures and great poolside furniture were a plus. It was a little frustrating that you needed a key card to get into EVERYTHING.. but I understand the need for it given the number of tourists in the area. Our only complaints were with the room. Pluses: The fixtures are all updated and modern. Cons: The carpet in the room felt "dirty" and the pillows need to be replaced. I called housekeeping for non-feather pillows and the "foam" alternatives that they offered were clumped up.. so much so that they were difficult to discern from the feathered ones! We paid for an upgrade to a higher floor with an ocean view and were glad we did because we would have otherwise been on the 3rd floor which LITERALLY would have been a view of city buildings. All in all.. we had a great experience.. after all.. it's Hawaii and you aren't supposed to be locked up in your room all the time!

Beautiful room with ocean view. Very accommodating to our desires and needs. Very well located to the beach and downtown attractions. Gorgeous hotel overall.

The hotel and accomodation was great. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We enjoyed the Hotel Staff from the Valet, Bellhop, Registration Check-in Counter and Restaurant M.A.C 24/7. Our experience and interaction with every staff person at the Hilton Waikiki Beach was Awesome! We appreciated the way that each of them take the time to listen and assist in a kind & courteous manner. The room was so comfortable and clean. Thank you so much! We'll be back.

Had nice stay at Hilton Waikiki Beach. Minor issue with bar charge to my room that was not mine. I will follow up with the hotel.

Staff was great! Rooms were clean and very comfortable1

The hotel was nice close to the beach and a 10/15 minute walk to shopping areas and restaurants. Staff was nice. Hotel reataurant was good.
