Hotel was great, staff awesome! Free breakfast, chairs and close to beach. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Waikiki. What a hidden gem of a hotel!! Thank you for everything!!

Coconut Waikiki hotel very convenient and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Continental breakfast was adequate. I personally liked the location, only a couple of blocks from Waikiki but with less commotion. Valet parking service was excellent. Would recommend without hesitation.

The Coconut Waikiki Hotel was the perfect place to me to stay. I was returning for a visit after many years, having lived in Hawaii for decades. There are indeed advantages is staying at a boutique hotel. It was charming, the staff so helpful. An older person, I did not want to be milling around hundreds of people. It was easy to get out of Waikiki, which I did much of the eight days I was there. Then, when I wanted to be by the beaches, they were in easy walking distance.

Staff worked hard to make my stay a good one. The facilities and rooms are immaculate. Popcorn each afternoon in the lobby was a nice touch. My room was small and without a fridge but the other good things about the hotel made up for that. Thank you for great hospitality.

Staff very helpful. I had to cancel a second night stay of a non-refundable reservation because of airline ticket change and they refunded the money.

This hotel is in a good location within walking distance to everything you will need including the bus if you want to go check out the island. Loved the breakfast, it was very handy in the morning to grab breaky and take off for the day. Warm pool to enjoy. They also provided a lot of little extras that made it special. All staff was very friendly and helpful with any of our needs!

Everyone was so nice, it is close to everything. If you are driving it's easy to get to. I had the excutive suite and it was a great room. If you plan to have guest in the room, it perfect.

Great service. Very clean. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

This hotel was great! My only complaint would be the attitude of one of the concierge - very rude and unhelpful. He acted like we were bothering him. The sheets on the bed could have been changed more often, I think they just need more cleaning staff. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Whether you have a city view or a mountain view the sight is incredible. I would definitely stay here again on a trip to Waikiki.

Was ok, not what I expected , the price is too much according with the hotel

Hotel was nice and in a reasonable location. Short walk to stores. Longer walk to Waikiki beach. Opted for valet once we got there and it was worth it. Staff is very friendly. Wished it would have had breakfast.

Super friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. Tucked off Kuhio Ave where it's really busy but just a short walk away and a few blocks away from the beach. They let me stash my short board in the room out on the little balcony which was convenient and said that if I had wanted to bring my SUP or long board they had a room to hold it. Some hotels don't do that!

good layout, dishes, microwave, fridge and table makes for eating in a joy

The staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. The room was awesome. It was clean, spacious and confortable. The view was blah, but that was not why I got the room for. The TV was nice, the room came with fridge which was nice, and lots of towels as requested. I did not get my complementary meal because I woke up just before checkout time. :(

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. From beach towels, to tourist destinations to bus routes, or a place to eat, the desk staff helped with anything I needed. I also loved the beverages and apples that were always available in the lobby. The beach is a 10-15 min. walk. I found it to be easily accessible, but I was traveling alone. It would be a hike toting children, beach toys, chairs, etc. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I loved my visit and would stay again anytime!

The staff could not have been more friendlier. They go out of the way to make you comfortable. Little far from beach - 10 mins stroll. Lobby is small and not very fancy, and no food on premises

We found the staff excellent, the location good to great, although not on the beach, the beach was a 10 minute walk. The valet parking was expensive but worth it, as we came and went several times a day and used their service alot. Parking would have been tough on the street, but possible. The hotel was a good value compared to other places we had checked out.

Great customer service. Room is clean and is a few minutes of walking away from the beach.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week... Our visit was a week long and we had a super comfortable stay in this hotel! In fact, we were quite impressed. The room looked just like the photos on the website and were super clean and quiet. (We stayed in mountain view room 906). Everyone working there was amazingly nice and very helpful. They arranged (same day) dry cleaning and taxi services for us. No complaints from a very picky girl-- especially for the price and level of service! There isn't a restaurant or bar at this hotel, but there are so many within walking distance. The price savings were totally worth it. Pros: Price, room size, cleanliness, service, decor, location, quiet Cons: air conditioner was a little weak in our room, first coffee in the room was free but $2.00 keurig replacements after that (but there was free coffee in the lobby), small pool, no bar/restaurant

+ : walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and tourist spots in waikiki. Room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and you get a nice view of the canal just outside the hotel. Staff friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Will definitely book this hotel again when I come back. - : limited valley parking.
